BangMeetup
BangMeetup was an affair dating site operated by Deniro Marketing LLC, and its server stopped answering sometime after November 2025. Our original page is below, untouched.
What Happened to BangMeetup?
BangMeetup is gone, and it went without saying anything. There was no closing notice, no farewell message and no forwarding address. The domain still resolves, but the machine behind it does not answer, and a browser asking for the homepage today gets a Cloudflare error reading “Web server is down” with the code 521.
The archive dates the end to within a few weeks. The last capture that still opens and shows a working site was taken on 13 October 2025. The final capture of any kind was taken on 10 November 2025, and there is nothing after it at all.
What that last working capture shows is a site in normal running order rather than one winding down. The page title was “BangMeetup- Have an affair tonight!”, the page keywords were affair, dating and cheaters, and the headline over the signup form read “Join Now and Find Your Match!”. The footer carried a copyright line reading 1999 to 2025 on a domain that was only registered in 2018, along with dating landing pages for San Jose, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Ottawa, San Francisco, Austin, Columbus, Fort Worth and Charlotte.
Who was actually running it
BangMeetup did not belong to anybody called BangMeetup. Its terms and conditions, as archived on 29 April 2025 and last updated by the operator on 20 December 2022, open with a name and a street address: Deniro Marketing LLC, 6777 Embarcadero Dr. Suite 3, Stockton, CA 95219. The same document defines “Company” as the operator of the site.
It was a white label, which the old page below already recorded, and the site’s own files bear that out. Its images were served from a numbered white label directory and its signup form posted to a numbered skin on a shared platform, which is the structure of a catalogue of interchangeable brands rather than a single site.
The Online Cupids clause
The most useful thing BangMeetup ever told its visitors was printed on the signup form itself, directly above the button. Archived on 13 October 2025, it read, verbatim:
By proceeding I acknowledge and agree that this Site includes Online Cupids® which are fantasy profiles operated by the site for entertainment and compliance. Online Cupids® may interact with users to encourage full participation in the Site’s services, procedures, and options.
The terms put it in plainer language, saying that some of the user profiles on the site may be fictitious and operated by the site or its contractors, and that such profiles are labelled with an Online Cupids logo.
That phrase has a documented history, and it is older than BangMeetup. Deniro Marketing was the lead defendant in a federal class action in the Northern District of California, Badella v. Deniro Marketing LLC, case number 3:10-cv-03908, brought over an earlier site of theirs. In a January 2011 order on the motion to dismiss, the court quoted the operator’s own terms describing profiles used to encourage broader participation in the site’s services, which is close to the wording BangMeetup was still using fourteen years later. The same order records the court’s view that the phrase “Online Cupids” has no inherent meaning that would alert users to the use of fictitious profiles. The docket shows the case terminated in January 2012.
What is there now
Nothing, and that is the part worth noting. There is no park page, no for sale listing, no holding notice and no redirect to another brand. The domain is simply pointed at a server that does not reply.
The registration is current and paid. Verisign records BangMeetup.com as registered on 26 September 2018 with an expiry date of 26 September 2027, a record last changed on 27 August 2026, and nameservers at Cloudflare. Somebody is still renewing a domain that sits in front of a server which stopped answering.
If you still have a subscription to it
This is the part that matters, because a dead website does not stop a recurring charge. The archived terms are explicit that memberships renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until they are cancelled, that fees are not refundable, and that a failed payment can attract an administrative fee of up to four dollars while the operator keeps trying to collect.
Every route they offered for stopping that is now behind the same dead server. The support pages cancelled paid accounts through an on-site form, and told anyone with a billing question to call a phone number that was only visible inside the account settings after logging in. The terms give one written cancellation route, a signed and dated notice sent to an email address at bangmeetup.com. The login no longer loads, so the phone number cannot be retrieved, and the mail domain’s only published mail server cannot be shown to be reading anything.
So go to your bank or card issuer directly, ask them to stop the recurring authorisation rather than only disputing a single charge, and check your statements for the descriptor the charges arrived under. Their own terms also point California residents to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the state’s Department of Consumer Affairs, which is still operating, and the operator was a California company.

BangMeetup is past the point where anyone can go and look for themselves. What survives is what its members remember. Was the Online Cupids label ever visible on a profile that wrote to you first, and when the site went dark, did the charges go dark with it? The box below is open.
