Hotti
Hotti.com answers the question most people arrive with, on its own about page, in its own words, and it says it twice. “Hotti.com is not about hook-ups.” Then, in the next line: “Hotti.com is focused on communication online. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome for all users.” What the site sells is chat time, priced by the minute. Basic chat runs at 1 Credit a minute, an email costs 10 Credits, and sending or viewing a photo costs 15.
What Hotti.com Actually Sells
Credits are the only currency here, and getting hold of them is not a one off purchase. The terms put it plainly: anyone who wants more than the free features “will have to subscribe to a Monthly Credit Pack and buy credits”, and that subscription “will continue indefinitely until canceled by you”. Registering costs nothing and gets you a profile, a search, and the ability to read messages on the web version. Everything that involves talking to somebody carries a Credit price.

The Size Numbers Anyone Can Look Up
The size signal that can be checked without an account is the Tranco research list, which put hotti.com at 338,224 on 3 September 2026, 338,278 the day before and 338,156 the day before that.
Tranco ranks domain popularity from several data sources. It is a position in a list, not a visit count, and should not be read as one. The other measurable thing about this domain’s reach is the language set: the same product runs through six national front doors.
What The Four Shots Show
Four shots of the site: the homepage, the about page, the sign up form and the security policy. Open the about one at full size, because that is the page where the site sets out what it says it is for and answers its own list of questions.
What A Minute Of Chat Costs In Credits
The full tariff sits on the public terms page with no login needed, priced per minute or per item rather than per month.
Basic chat is 1 Credit a minute. Video chat runs to 12 Credits a minute, VR video chat is 6, an audio call is 2. An offline or mobile app message costs 1 Credit for up to 160 characters. An email is 10, a voice message is 10, and sending or viewing a photo or video is 15. “Let’s Mingle”, the feature that fires the same message at randomly chosen members, is 5 Credits a use. At the top end, a chat theme runs to 1,999 Credits and a virtual gift is priced “from 1 to 12000 Credits” per item.
What a Credit costs in money is set at the checkout rather than on the site. The help centre article headed “What are the prices of your packages?” names two package types, membership subscriptions and top up credits, then says prices “may vary depending on your location, taxes, and transaction fees so always check the purchase form for the final amount before confirming your payment.”
Credits also have a shelf life. The refund policy states that unused credits expire 90 days after purchase, and that credits included with a subscription “expire at the end of one-month subscription period and will not be moved to the next subscription period.”
What The Paperwork Says
Three documents describe free access three different ways. The homepage carries a “Free trial available!” line. The terms say “The purchase of a Monthly Credit Pack is not required to use the Services.” The help centre says “the best way to experience everything the platform has to offer is by purchasing credits”, and names “an exclusive one-time welcome offer for all new members where you get 60% off your first month”.
The about page sets out the business model unprompted. “Our model is ‘pay-per-action.’ Paying Members only pay for services that they use (e-letters, chats, videochats).” Those fees, it says, cover “the expenses of translators, broadcasters, photographers and third-party Affiliate Partners responsible for new member acquisition.” The same page states that “Our Affiliate Partners often curate photo and video sessions of Free Users”, and that “Free Users are not paid to be on our platform.”
Getting out is written down in two documents that do not quite line up. The terms give an in-account cancel path through profile settings and Manage Account, effective from the next subscription month, with no prorated refund. They also grant a separate right to cancel a first subscription: midnight of the 14th day after joining in the EU and UK, midnight of the third business day in the US and the rest of the world. That one is not a button. It needs “a signed and dated written notice” emailed or posted to the company address, postmarked inside the window, and it closes with “You will not be allowed to rejoin the Services as a Member after cancellation according to this section.”
The refund and cancellation policy never mentions those two windows. It puts cancellation at the next subscription month only, and says fees and used credits from the current month “will not be refunded, notwithstanding the provisions of the refund as set out in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.” It also states that if a member charges back, “we may be required to disclose any and/or all private communications sent/received by you through our Service in order to prove the validity of the charges.”
Two clauses in the terms speak to who is typing. Members warrant they will not “create accounts with fake usernames, or use any automated means (chatbots, artificial identities, etc.)”, and the AI clause says the optional AI features “do not send messages on behalf of a Member.”
Hotti’s own front end configuration carries the API hosts for Dating.com, AnastasiaDate, AsianDate, AmoLatina and ArabianDate, so it runs on the same platform as those brands. We have a full write up of one of them at our Dating.com review. On age, the Verisign registry record has hotti.com created on 6 February 2004, while the about page claims “Launched in 1993, our company now covers more than 40 countries”, which is a statement about the company rather than this domain.
Questions People Ask Before They Buy Credits
How do I unsubscribe from Hotti.com emails and stop the monthly charge?
These are two separate jobs and the site documents both. For the emails, its help centre article on unsubscribing gives two routes in its own words: “Go to your account Settings, the section regarding email notifications and click on the link here”, then “Untick the checkboxes of the emails you do not wish to receive and once done, click on the Confirm button”. Or, “open any email notification you have received from us and scroll down to the bottom of the email. Click on the unsubscribe link to remove your email from our mailing list”.
Stopping the money is a different path, and ticking the email boxes off does not touch it. Log in, open profile settings, find “Manage Account”, click the “Go here” link in the line reading “Need a break? Go here to hide your account or cancel subscription”, select “Cancel subscription”, then confirm. Cancellation takes effect from the next subscription month, so the month already paid for runs out rather than stopping dead, and no part of it comes back. A subscription bought inside an app is cancelled through Apple ID settings or Google Play instead.
Anyone after a phone number will find one on the about page, +356 8006-2196, a Malta freephone. The refund policy promises “an initial reply to your request within 72 (seventy two) hours” on the contact form.
Does the Hotti.com subscription renew by itself?
Yes, and the terms say so at length. After the first subscription and after every period after that, the Monthly Credit Pack “will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when initially subscribing”. The member accepts responsibility for the recurring charges “without further authorization from you and without further notice except as required by law”.
Two things sit alongside that. The site says it will email a renewal notification quoting the fee that was in force when you first subscribed, and it reserves the right to tell you at least ten days before the end of the current term that the fee is going up from the next period. If a renewal payment fails, the terms reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and to keep attempting the charge until it goes through.
What does Hotti.com cost in real money?
The site’s own answer is that it depends on you. Its help centre article on package prices names two package types, membership subscriptions and top up credits, then says prices “may vary depending on your location, taxes, and transaction fees”. The terms put it the same way, that the cost “will be set forth at the purchase form”, and that form sits behind registration. The one figure the help centre does name is a discount rather than a price: “an exclusive one-time welcome offer for all new members where you get 60% off your first month”.
What is published is the exchange rate between Credits and actions. A minute of basic chat is 1 Credit, an audio call is 2 a minute, video chat runs to 12 a minute, an email is 10, a photo sent or viewed is 15, and a virtual gift is priced anywhere from 1 Credit to 12,000. Costing a conversation means multiplying minutes by that tariff, then finding what a Credit is worth at the purchase form.
Is Hotti.com a dating site or a chat site?
The site puts itself on the chat side, in print. The about page states “Hotti.com is not about hook-ups. Hotti.com is focused on communication online. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome for all users.” The description the site files itself under calls it “an online communication platform to chat with cheerful people from around the world”, and its own page title puts online chat before anything else.
The homepage hero is warmer, “Connect with Fun-Loving Singles From All Over the World”, and beneath the member imagery it prints, three times, “For display purposes only. The individual in the image is not a user of this service.” The product is billed by the minute of conversation rather than by the month of access.
What is a Free User on Hotti.com?
It is a granted status, not the ordinary state of a new account. The terms mark Free Users with a “Free User” Flame symbol and let them use the platform without charge in exchange for conditions: “Free Users are required to undergo regular identity verification, remain active on the website, and provide accurate, high quality, profile content.” They are blocked from contacting each other, so a Free User can only talk to a paying member.
Verification runs on government issued ID plus biometric checks through SumSub and holds for six months. The homepage sets out the split in one sentence: “Our community consists of paying members and free users.”
Can I get a refund from Hotti.com?
The refund policy lists specific grounds rather than a general right. Credits can come back where a correspondent is reported under the anti-scam policy, where a correspondent deletes their profile and support decides in its “sole discretion” to return them, and for poor quality service, itemised as a video stream that never started or was cut off by a site fault, a duplicate letter, poor translation quality, or a delivery whose contents “did not resemble the goods ordered.” There is a cap, “we customarily issue no more than 10 credits back”, and a gate: “we issue refunds ONLY in case the violation was performed by members with a verified account status.”
Money back is narrower: proven fraudulent card use, a one off erroneous purchase “provided that these are not systematic requests (one time only)”, and a pro rata return of unused fees if the site ends the membership, though not if it ended it for a terms breach or at the member’s own request.
Read both documents rather than one. The terms grant a first subscription cancellation right of 14 days in the EU and UK, or three business days elsewhere, with money back in ten business days. The refund policy never mentions it.
Does Hotti.com have a mobile app?
The site’s own documents work on the basis that one exists. The published tariff carries a line for “Mobile App Message sending” at 1 Credit per item up to 160 characters, and the refund policy routes subscriptions bought in an app through Apple ID settings or Google Play rather than through the website’s cancel path.
That matters to anyone trying to stop a payment. The cancel path in the terms only governs subscriptions bought on the site, so an app store purchase has to be cancelled in the app store account that made it.
Who runs Hotti.com?
The site names its operator openly and identically in four places: the footer, the about page, the terms and the refund policy all carry the line “This website is operated by SOL Networks Limited, located at 71, Tower Road, SLM 1609, Sliema, Malta Registration No: C70898”. The terms repeat the name under WHO WE ARE and again under CONTACT US, and the about page adds a Malta support telephone number.
The brand is not alone on its platform. Hotti’s own front end configuration references the API hosts of Dating.com, AnastasiaDate, AsianDate, AmoLatina and ArabianDate, which places it on a shared technology stack with those brands.
Tell The Next Person What A Credit Bought You
Vote in the poll, then put the detail underneath it. Did a Let’s Mingle message ever land in your inbox, and did answering one lead anywhere? If you cancelled, say whether the Manage Account route did the job, or whether you were the one writing out a signed notice. Say what became of any credits still sitting in the balance when their ninety days ran out. And if you were talking to somebody carrying the Free User flame, say how that went.

At this price, you’d think they’d send the females right to your door! But no! No females to your door, and in fact, pretty much no females on the site either. This is another one of those sites you want to keep away from. Don’t bother!
