LuvCougar is a cougar site: older women, younger men, and it does not dress that up much. Its own copy promises “spontaneous interaction with lip-smacking older women” and adds, “You won’t find any ‘get to know you’ questionnaires here.”
Here is the part that decides whether you get anywhere on it. A free account cannot be reached. The terms say that if you are not a paying Full Member, “subscribers and non-subscribing members will not be able to use the Website to communicate with you.” You can look at profiles. Nobody can message you and you cannot message them. It is a subscription, not a coin site, so there is no topping up a balance to send one reply.
Which makes the only question worth asking whether the people behind that paywall were worth paying for. The members who have been in are voting below.

What the Traffic Trackers Have on LuvCougar

What can be counted is how much site there is. The .com homepage renders 832 characters of visible text: an age gate, a sign up form and a footer. The .net homepage renders 10,443, with marketing copy and testimonials. Eight niche landing pages are linked from the .com footer, and opening one lands back on the .com homepage. The same set exists on the .net, plus city pages for New York, Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Getting In Free, and What Starts the Billing
The free side is defined by what it cannot do. Section 3 of the terms: “Absent special offers, you understand that if you are not a subscriber (i.e., Full Member): (1) you will not be able to use all the features and services available on the Website; and (2) subscribers and non-subscribing members will not be able to use the Website to communicate with you.”
The same paragraph goes further: a profile “may remain posted on the Website even though that member is not actively using our site”, and even a paying subscriber may not be able to message that person.
Paying begins with a three day subscription. The billing policy states that when it ends “it will automatically convert to our monthly membership plan for which you will be charged a monthly fee unless canceled”, and that the first period runs “from three (3) to seven (7) days” depending on the bank and the payment method, at an unchanged daily price. Section C then renews the membership “at the same rate that you signed up for using the original payment method”, and section 2A prints the commitment in its own capitals: the minimum contract is the initial period selected, and it renews until the service is cancelled. Neither document puts a number of hours on the deadline, only that cancelling has to happen before the renewal date.
What the Two Terms Documents Say
Section 1 of the luvcougar.com terms is headed THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT, and it names the company three times over: the site is operated by Apricot Digitals LLC at the James Bourchier address in Sofia, and “You are entering into this agreement with Apricot Digitals LLC .” The .net copyright line names no company either. The .net document is built differently. Its section 1 is headed Company Information and Contact Details, and the entity behind the trade name is not identified there or anywhere else on the page. What it gives instead is a postal address, 4827 Redstone Avenue, Suite 190, Wilmont, CA 90218, United States, a support address at support@luvcougar.net and a telephone number, +1 (310) 555-0187. That number sits inside a reserved block. NANPA, the body that administers North American telephone numbering, states that “the fictitious, non-working numbers, 555-0100 through 555-0199, will remain reserved for entertainment/advertising”, and those numbers are not issued to subscribers. Neither set of terms claims a right to run operator created or fictitious profiles. The words fictitious, virtual profile and entertainment purposes appear in neither document.
Refunds are put two ways. The billing policy says “No refund will be made once the subscription is in use, as per our Terms of Use”, citing the terms while it says it. The terms themselves say: “We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund”, and settle each request case by case.
Two footer links land on nothing. The .com footer offers a page marked Imprint, where an operator’s legal details usually live, and it returns the site’s own Page not found. The .net footer offers a billing policy on a /staticPage/ path, which 404s because the .net does not run that software.

Is LuvCougar legit?
What the site states about itself is on public record and can be read in full. The terms served on luvcougar.com, which is the domain the sign up form sits on, name Apricot Digitals LLC of 83-85 James Bourchier, Sofia, Bulgaria as the operator, and repeat that name in the copyright line on every page of both domains.
The second document, on luvcougar.net, was given an effective date of May 13 2026 and identifies nobody. It says the service is run by a commercial entity using the trade name Luvcougar, and puts a California postal address, an email address and a +1 (310) 555-0187 telephone number in place of a company. Numbers in the 555-0100 to 555-0199 range are reserved by NANPA for fictional use in entertainment and advertising and are not assigned to subscribers.
Neither set of terms makes any claim about operator created or fictitious profiles. Members who have held an account are voting in the poll above and writing in the comments below.
How do I delete my LuvCougar account?
There is one route inside the account and two outside it. The terms send a member to the “My Settings” section and the link there marked Remove Account, and state that the same link closes a free membership and a paid subscription alike.
Off the site, the terms accept notice by email to support@luvcougar.com or by telephone. Email carries a condition: the request has to include the profile information, meaning the screenname and the email address the account was opened with, so it can be matched to the right member.
There is a third surface as well. The contact form at luvcougar.com/support/contactUs asks which area the request concerns, and the only subject listed under its Account & Billing Management option is Remove account.
How do I cancel my LuvCougar subscription?
The same My Settings panel handles it, and the billing policy names that page as the place to manage a subscription. The automatic payment can be stopped at any point before the date the recurring charge falls due, and no notice window in hours or days is set anywhere in either document.
One consequence is written into the policy: once a cancellation is made, the member is no longer entitled to use the service at a preferential rate. One exception is written into the terms: anything bought through an iTunes account has to be cancelled inside that account instead, before the next renewal date.
If the price of a package changes while somebody is paying for it, the terms undertake to give notice of the change and to offer the option of cancelling rather than accepting the new price.
Is LuvCougar free to join?
Signing up costs nothing. The terms name three levels of access, and state that no fee is payable to use the service as a Guest or as a Free Member. They also define the phrase on the button: seeing “JOIN FOR FREE” means the account itself is free, with limited access to the features and areas of the service.
What the free tier does not include is being contactable. Section 3 states that a member who is not a Full Member will not have all features available, and that other members, paying or not, cannot use the site to communicate with that person. Reaching everything on the site requires upgrading to a Full Membership, which is the paid subscription.
The same section adds a point that applies to paying members too. A profile can stay visible on the site after its owner has stopped using it, and even a subscriber may not be able to send that person a message.
Does LuvCougar charge you again automatically?
Yes, and the terms say the liability begins at purchase rather than at the end of the term: subscribing to any package, the trial included, makes the member liable for automatic renewal billing. The three day plan converts by itself into the monthly membership plan unless it is stopped first.
The date that happens is not one the member picks. The billing policy puts the first period at anywhere between three and seven days, decided by the bank and the payment method, holding the daily price level across that spread. Counting four days forward from signing up can therefore land on the wrong date.
One other arrangement is reserved in the same documents: a pay as you go month, where the card is billed a thirtieth of the monthly membership every day until the subscription is cancelled.

That depends on which of the two documents you read. The terms on luvcougar.com give support@luvcougar.com and a telephone line on +44 3444824945, both printed in the clause covering cancellation. NANPA reserves every number from 555-0100 to 555-0199 for fictional use in entertainment and advertising, and does not assign them to subscribers, so the 310 number falls inside that block. The .net document prints it three times, once as the contact for its DMCA agent.
For anything about a charge, the terms route the request through the Contact Us page on the .com and set two conditions on it. A member is asked to raise a dispute with the site before notifying the card company, and every dispute has to be raised within three months of the transaction it concerns.
Who Was Actually Behind the Paywall
Their terms say a free account cannot be written to at all, and that a profile can stay up after its owner has stopped logging in.
