MilfBerry
The MilfBerry homepage opens with this: “You dream about MILFs, we offer them for real. Join us!” What it does not open on is a company. The terms of use say the site “is operated by MilfBerry registered at Suite 1601, Kinwick Centre 32 Hollywood Road Central Hong Kong”, and the footer link marked Imprint, the page that would normally carry a legal entity, returns the site’s own Page not found.
What You Are Actually Joining
This is a subscription site pitched at men looking for older women, and it does not run on credits. The word “coin” does not appear in its terms at all, and every mention of credit in them is a credit card. What is sold is a membership that renews itself.
The signup form is headed “Sign up for free!” and sits beside a panel that animates through “Searching for matches…” and then “135 girls found…”. Those two strings are written into the homepage’s own HTML rather than returned by a search.

The Numbers on Public Record
The domain has been held without a break since 28 July 2010 and is paid up to 28 July 2030, with the registry record last changed on 12 April 2026. The registrar is Key-Systems GmbH and the registrant is redacted for privacy, so the registry names nobody either. Registry record for milfberry.com
The homepage links out to a set of its own landing pages: seven built on interests, among them local milf dating, sugar mama dating, mature bbw dating and cheating housewives, and four built on cities, those being Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas and Seattle.
These four are from 2022: the homepage, the contact form, the terms and the tips page. Open the contact form and the terms at full size, because those two are where the detail sits.
Three Days, Then a Monthly Charge
The entry product is a three day subscription, and the billing policy is direct about what waits at the end of it: “once a 3 Day subscription you’ve chosen comes to an end it will automatically convert to our monthly membership plan for which you will be charged a monthly fee unless cancelled.”
The same document says the trial is not a fixed length. “Depending on your bank billing policy and payment methods you use, a length of your trial period may vary from three (3) days to seven (7) days”, with the price per day held the same across that range. MilfBerry billing policy
Cancelling starts inside the account. The billing policy routes it through the “My Settings” page and sets the deadline at any time before the date of the recurring payment, with no number of hours or days attached. It adds that after cancelling you are no longer entitled to use the service at a preferential rate. Anything bought through an iTunes account is cancelled in that account instead.
One other debit is described in the terms. The site says it may verify a billing account by taking “a small, random amount of $0.5 to $5 (or its equivalent in local currency)”, asks the cardholder to check the statement for the actual figure and confirm it, and says the money returns within 3 to 5 days once the check is complete.
Reading the Three Documents Side by Side
Section 1 of the terms, headed THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT, is the whole of what the site says about who runs it. The privacy policy names the same brand and the same address again, as the party that controls member data. Neither of those documents, nor the billing policy, attaches a company suffix, a registration number or a country of incorporation to the brand. The one company named with a legal form anywhere in the three is somebody else’s: the privacy policy appoints GDPGuard Ltd, of Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, as its data protection officer. MilfBerry terms of use
The privacy policy, stamped Last Updated 1 January 2020, does say the site belongs to a group: “We own many different social and dating websites and mobile apps. We call these our Group Companies.” It adds that “we will share your details across our Partner Sites and market our different products and services to you”. None of those companies or sites is named in it. MilfBerry privacy policy
Refunds are put two ways. The terms say: “We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund.” The billing policy says: “No refund will be made once the subscription is in use as per our Terms of Use, and your access to the service will not stop until the end of the subscription so that you are able to fully enjoy MilfBerry.” The billing policy attributes that sentence to the terms. The terms give three months from a disputed transaction to raise it.
Renewal is put two ways as well. Section C of the terms says a membership “will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for using the original payment method”. The billing policy says the three day plan converts to the monthly membership plan and a monthly fee.
On getting out, the terms give three routes. They send a member to the My Settings section and the Remove Account link, then add: “Alternatively, you may cancel your registration or subscription at any time by giving us notice of your wish to cancel by telephone or email: tel: +1 8008685182 email: support@milfberry.com”. That number is printed a second time under the heading OUR CUSTOMER COMPLAINT POLICY, and the privacy policy carries a different one, 1 (800) 961-9835, for California data requests. The contact page is a separate web form behind a reCAPTCHA, where the only subject under Account & Billing Management is “Remove account”. MilfBerry contact page
There is no fictitious profiles clause. Across roughly 70,000 characters, the terms reserve no right to run site generated profiles, use the word “fictitious” nowhere, and set out no statement that meeting a member is impossible.
Seven Questions, Answered From MilfBerry’s Own Pages
Are the profiles on MilfBerry real people?
Their terms never take the subject up. In about 70,000 characters they claim no right to operate site generated or virtual accounts, the word fictitious is absent from them, and they carry no disclaimer that physical contact is off the table.
What the homepage does say is that it offers MILFs for real and asks the visitor to join. Nothing in the terms, the billing policy or the privacy policy describes how a profile gets on to the site or who checks it.
What happens after the 3-day MilfBerry trial ends?
It turns into a monthly membership. The billing policy states that a 3 Day subscription left uncancelled converts to the site’s monthly plan, and a monthly fee is charged from then on.
The same policy adds that the trial window is elastic. Depending on the bank and the payment method used, it can last anywhere between three and seven days, with the daily price unchanged across that spread. So the day the first monthly charge lands is not fixed at the fourth.
How do you cancel a MilfBerry subscription?
There are three routes and the terms name all of them. Inside the account, the “My Settings” section carries a Remove Account link that ends the subscription and the membership together, free or paid. The terms then give two alternatives: notice by telephone, on +1 8008685182, or by email to support@milfberry.com.
On timing, the billing policy lets the recurring payment be stopped at any point up to the date the charge falls due, and sets no notice window in hours or days anywhere. Two conditions ride alongside it. The preferential rate stops applying once a cancellation is made, and anyone who paid through an iTunes account is sent to that account instead, before the next renewal date.
How do you delete your MilfBerry account?
In the account, in the same place the billing is handled. The terms say a member may cancel a subscription and a membership, free or paid, by going to the “My Settings” section of the site and following the relevant link to Remove Account. That one link covers both jobs.
The support form at /support/contactUs is a second route rather than the route. Its Section dropdown offers Account & Billing Management, Profile Change and Other, and under Account & Billing Management the only subject listed is Remove account. The form sits behind a reCAPTCHA. Support is also published as an email address, support@milfberry.com, and a telephone line on +1 8008685182.
Who runs MilfBerry?
The paperwork gives a brand and a street, and stops. Section 1 of the terms says the service is operated by MilfBerry, at a Suite 1601 address in the Kinwick Centre on Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong. The privacy policy repeats that same pairing when it names who controls member data.
Nothing further is printed. None of the three legal documents puts a company form against the brand itself: no Ltd, no LLC, no Inc, no registration number and no stated country of incorporation, which leaves no entry to go and look up on a company register. The only company named with a legal form in any of them is GDPGuard Ltd, of Fitzroy Street in London, which the privacy policy appoints as its data protection officer.
The footer carries an Imprint link, which is exactly where an operator’s own details usually live, and it returns MilfBerry’s Page not found.
Does MilfBerry share your profile with other sites?
Their privacy policy says it does. It describes the operator as the owner of many social and dating websites and apps, which it groups under the label Group Companies, and states that a member’s details are shared across its Partner Sites so its other products and services can be marketed to them.
Not one of those sites is named in the document, and the policy carries a last updated date of 1 January 2020.
What is the small charge from MilfBerry on my bank statement?
The terms describe a billing verification debit. Some users, they say, are asked to prove the account by having the card charged a small random sum of between 50 cents and 5 dollars, or the same value in local currency, with the cardholder told to read the exact figure off the statement and confirm it back.
The terms say that amount is returned within three to five days of the verification finishing. No payment processor is named in the terms, the billing policy or the privacy policy.
