MyHornyContacts

Buying a membership on MyHornyContacts does not have to happen on a form. Section B(3) of its terms of use is headed “PAYMENT PROCESSING VIA MAIL ORDER TELEPHONE ORDER (MOTO)”, and under it the member agrees to “provide the necessary information to our dedicated team for the purpose of completing your payment over the phone”. Card details, read out to a person, sitting beside the ordinary card route in the same document.

Horny Dating, in the Site’s Own Words

MyHornyContacts sells itself as a horny dating site and uses the phrase in its own page title, “Try all the shades of horny dating at the MyHornyContacts.com site!” The step it puts first is free and local, asking visitors to “Create a dating profile for free and locate all those naughty single men and women nearby”.

The contact that follows has a name in the paperwork. A terms section headed Custom and Promoted Messages says members “may choose to send automated or manual communications, such as Flirts or introductory messages”, and reserves the right to screen what goes out.

How Old the Address Is, and How Busy

Verisign has myhornycontacts.com created on 30 March 2016 and paid through to 30 March 2030, with the record last changed on 12 April 2026 and the nameservers at DNS Made Easy. That is ten years on the same domain.

Size is another matter, because the site puts no figure on it. No member count, no active user total and no country breakdown appears in its own pages.

Four Screens From MyHornyContacts

The homepage, a page of dating advice, the login screen and the terms of use. The terms shot is the one worth opening at full size, because that document carries the operator clause and the renewal language.

The Charge After the Trial, Written Down Twice

Access is sold in fixed shapes rather than by the message. Section 4(B)(1) of the terms of use lists “1 day, 3 day or 1 week trials, and 1, 3, or 6 month subscriptions”, and payment is by card.

What happens when the first of those ends is where two documents in the same footer split. The terms, at section 4(C), say the membership “will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for using the original payment method”, and section 4(B)(2) puts it in capitals, “THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE.”

The billing policy describes a different event. A three day subscription, it says, will on expiry “automatically convert to our monthly membership plan”, with a monthly fee charged from that point unless the member has cancelled. One document renews what you bought. The other replaces it with a longer plan.

How long that first period lasts is not the buyer’s decision either. The billing policy is written around a three day plan, then says the length may run anywhere from three to seven days depending on the bank and the payment method, while the price per day stays where it started.

Cancelling is done inside the account. The billing policy sends members to the “My Settings” page to stop the automatic payment “at any time before the date of the recurring payment”, and adds that a cancelled subscription gives up its preferential rate. Neither that policy nor section 4 of the terms sets a notice window in hours or days.

Seven Documents, and What Sits Inside Them

Refunds have their own pair of answers. The terms say the site does “not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund”, ask that a billing dispute comes to them before it goes to the card issuer, and close the door on anything raised more than three months after the transaction. The billing policy adds that nothing comes back once a subscription is in use.

Card verification is described the same way in both documents. To verify a card, the site may take a small random debit of between fifty cents and five dollars, or the local equivalent, ask the holder to read that exact figure off their statement, and hand it back within three to five days.

The operator clause is worth reading closely. The site, it says, is “operated by MyHornyContacts registered at Suite 1601, Kinwick Centre 32 Hollywood Road Central Hong Kong .” The brand name stands where a company name would go, and no legal form, company number or country of incorporation is given with it. The privacy policy repeats that name and that address as the data controller.

A company with a legal form does turn up once, and it is not the one running the site. The privacy policy appoints GDPGuard Ltd of Fitzroy Street in London as its Data Protection Officer, and the UK register displays GDP GUARD LTD, company number 15603404, incorporated on 29 March 2024 at that address. That role is a contact for privacy requests rather than the party running the site. The document making the appointment is stamped Last Updated 1 January 2020.

The same policy says profile information travels. “We own many different social and dating websites and mobile apps. We call these our Group Companies,” it reads, and member data goes to those and to Partner Sites. Neither group is named.

On who is at the other end, the terms make no statement in either direction about fictitious or staff run profiles. The nearest clause covers the site’s own accounts. Internal technical accounts exist for testing and for tuning features, it says, and those “do not represent actual users and are not intended for social interaction”.

What People Ask About MyHornyContacts

What happens when the first paid period on MyHornyContacts ends?

A monthly charge takes over. Under the billing policy the trial does not repeat as a trial: it switches to the monthly membership plan and is billed every month from then on, unless the member has already cancelled.

The number of days you get first is not settled when you pay. That policy leaves it to your bank and to the payment method, putting the range at three days to seven and keeping only the daily rate fixed across it. In practice that means the date of the first monthly charge is not knowable in advance either, so anyone who wants to stop before it arrives is working to the shortest version of the clock rather than the longest.

How do you cancel MyHornyContacts before the next payment?

From inside the account. The billing policy sends members to the “My Settings” page to stop the repeat payment, and it has to be done before the date the recurring charge falls due rather than after it.

No notice period in hours or days is written into either the billing policy or section 4 of the terms. What both give is an event rather than a deadline, which means a member who wants certainty acts well ahead of the renewal date instead of on it. Anything bought through iTunes is the exception and is stopped through the iTunes account. The policy also warns that a cancelled subscription gives up its preferential rate, so a member who comes back later is not promised the same terms.

What does a free account on MyHornyContacts get you?

Signing up costs nothing. Section 4(A) of the terms says no fee is payable to use the service as a Guest or as a Free Member, that both come with “limited access to features and areas of the Services”, and that full access means paying for a subscription package. The same section spells out that “JOIN FOR FREE” carries that limit with it.

Which features fall on which side of the line is not itemised in any of the seven documents. What the homepage puts on the free side is a profile and a search of your own area, with the naughty singles nearby presented as the reason to make one.

Can you pay MyHornyContacts over the telephone?

The terms make room for it. A subsection headed Payment Processing via Mail Order Telephone Order sets out a route where a member gives the details needed to complete a payment to the site’s team by phone rather than typing them into a form.

It reads as an option the site holds open rather than a step anybody has to take, and the ordinary card route sits in the same section of the agreement. The clause is part of what a member accepts at sign-up, which is worth knowing in advance of any call about a subscription.

Will MyHornyContacts give you a refund?

The terms set the bar high and say so plainly: no refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances the site feels warrant one. The billing policy adds that once a subscription is in use nothing comes back, and that access simply runs to the end of the period already paid for.

There is a dispute route, and it is not the same thing as a refund. The terms ask members to bring a billing complaint to the site by email or telephone before taking it to the card issuer, and they put a limit of three months from the transaction on raising it at all. Anything older than that falls outside the window the site sets itself.

What happens if there is not enough money on your card?

The billing policy does not treat that as a failed payment. It reserves the right to charge for a shorter subscription period instead, with the length and the price decided by whatever funds are sitting on the card at that moment.

A second clause in the same document reserves the right to offer a discount in the same situation. Both are written as the site’s options rather than the member’s, so somebody topping a card up after it came up short may find a shorter period has already been taken.

Who runs MyHornyContacts, and where?

The terms name the brand itself, “operated by MyHornyContacts”, at an address in the Kinwick Centre on Hollywood Road in Central Hong Kong, and the privacy policy repeats both as the data controller. What does not appear beside that name is a legal form, a company number or a country of incorporation, so there is no register entry anywhere that the site points a member towards.

A second name sits in the privacy policy, holding the data protection role rather than the ownership: GDPGuard Ltd, at Silverstream House on Fitzroy Street in London. The UK register carries GDP GUARD LTD, number 15603404, incorporated on 29 March 2024 at that address. Support otherwise runs through a web form and the support and privacy mailboxes on the site’s own domain, with a US toll free line offered only to California residents making a data request.

Are the profiles on MyHornyContacts real people?

The terms of use make no statement either way. They carry no clause describing profiles as fictitious, virtual or run by staff for entertainment, and equally no promise that every account belongs to a member.

The nearest clause is about the site’s own accounts rather than anybody’s profile. It reserves internal technical accounts for quality assurance, security testing and feature work, and says in the same breath that those accounts represent nobody and are not there to talk to members. A different section covers what members themselves may send, allowing flirts and introductory messages to go out automatically as well as by hand, and reserving the right to filter or replace parts of them. That is what the documents say on the subject.

What Did the Inbox Actually Look Like?

The flirts are the place to start. Say whether the ones that landed read like something a member typed or something the system sent, and whether anybody wrote back with an answer to a real question rather than a line that would suit anyone.

Then say how long the first paid stretch ran before the monthly charge landed, since the billing policy leaves that length to your bank rather than to you. If a smaller plan than the one you picked went through, or a call came asking for card details, that goes in as well. Anything you can remember about the first week helps somebody who is still deciding.
