The homepage title reads “Fly with the Best Single Moms Dating Site and Find Love”, and the site’s own Most Popular Pages list runs sugar momma dating, single moms dating, single moms hookup and single moms chat. A second landing page on the same domain sells the identical brand as “the new mature single dating site in town”. Mams means mothers here. Age is the other pitch, on the other page.
The Line Between Looking and Talking
Joining costs nothing and looking costs nothing. The homepage puts it plainly: “It doesn’t cost anything to join our site or view our member profiles. To send messages, members must pay a small fee for communication privileges.”
The terms sort everyone into three tiers, Guest, Free Member and Full Member, and only the third can hold a conversation. Their wording for the other two is that “subscribers and non-subscribing members will not be able to use the Website to communicate with you”.

Traffic Estimates That Sit Twelve Times Apart
Two independent trackers land within five thousand places of each other on rank and nowhere near each other on visits. HypeStat ranks the domain 541,774 and estimates about 331,000 visits a month. StatShow ranks it 546,277 and estimates about 26,000. Both label their figures as estimates. HypeStat also puts the average visit at three and a half minutes, 2.49 pages a visit and a bounce rate of 51%.

The Trial, and What It Renews Into
The terms give the shapes rather than the sums: “In general, we offer: 1 day, 3 day or 1 week trials; and/or 1, 3 or 6 month packages”, with the fee for each shown on the payment page at the point of paying.
What waits at the end of a trial is a conversion rather than a repeat. The billing policy: “Unless cancelled, your 3 day membership will automatically convert to our monthly package after the end of a 3 day period.”
How long that trial lasts is not fixed by the site alone. “Depending on your bank billing policy and payment methods you use, a length of your trial period may vary from three (3) days to seven (7) days”, and the billing policy adds that the daily rate stays the same wherever in that window a member lands. Two clauses cover a card that will not stretch. Where there is not enough money on the account, one clause allows a discount at purchase, and the other a shorter subscription whose “period and price of the subscription will depend on the amount of money available on your account/card”.
No payment processor is named. The terms say only that if a third party handles the money it “will be clearly stated on the appropriate payment page”. Both documents also describe a verification debit of a random amount between $0.5 and $5, returned within three to five days.
Three Documents, Three Refund Rules
Section 1 of the terms, where an operator would normally be named, says the site “is operated by nastymams.com registered at nastymams.com”, and the postal address under the complaints clause is the domain name again. NastyMams terms of use
Refunds are put three ways across three documents. The billing policy: “No refund will be made once the subscription is in use as per our Terms of Use.” Section 4(E) of the terms: “We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund”, decided case by case, with three months allowed to raise a disputed transaction. Section 8(C) gives residents of the UK and EU 14 days to cancel with “a pro-rated refund based on your usage of the Service”, and defines that use as sending a message, searching profiles, viewing photos of other members, changing a profile or updating account settings.
Getting out points at three places. Terms 8(B) point at “My Settings” and the Remove Account link inside it. The billing policy points at “My Account”. Terms 8(A) point at “the Help section”. Telephone and email are offered as alternatives, and one clause adds that “only cancellations requested by you as a genuine user of the Services will be effective”.
On who is on the other side, the terms define one label and disclaim one check. A Verified Member is a user who has validated the phone number on the account by text code or voice call, and the site “uniquely identifies Verified Members”. In capitals, the same document says “WE DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BACKGROUND CHECKS, CRIMINAL CHECKS OR IDENTITY CHECKS ON ANY OF THE SITE’S USERS”.
Section 1 adds a clause about accounts that belong to nobody: “We may use internal technical accounts solely for the purposes of quality assurance, security testing, and feature optimization. These accounts do not represent actual users and are not intended for social interaction or promotional engagement.” Profiles of members who have stopped logging in stay posted, and the terms say those people may not be reachable even by a subscriber.

What People Want to Know Before They Join NastyMams
What is NastyMams?
A subscription dating site that has sat on the same domain since 2014 and sells itself two ways. Its homepage title and its own list of popular pages push single moms, sugar mommas and single mom chat. A second landing page on the same domain pushes mature and senior dating instead.
Anyone can register and look at member profiles without paying. Sending or receiving a message is what the subscription buys. It runs on packages rather than credits, coins or tokens, none of which appear in any of its documents.
Are the profiles on NastyMams real women?
Their documents make no claim either way about who writes the profiles, and they reserve no right to run invented ones. What the terms do define is a Verified Member: a user who has proved that the phone number on the account belongs to a person, either through a code sent by text or voice call or by ringing the site’s line. The site says it marks those members out and lets them search for one another.
Alongside that, the terms state in capitals that no background, criminal or identity checks are carried out on anyone at all. One clause covers accounts that are not members: internal technical accounts kept for quality assurance, security testing and feature optimisation, which the same clause says do not represent actual users. And a profile belonging to somebody who has stopped logging in stays visible, with the terms warning that even a paying member may not be able to reach that person.
Is NastyMams free to use?
Free to join and free to browse, not free to talk. The homepage says registration and viewing member profiles cost nothing, and that a small fee buys communication privileges.
The terms come at it from the other side. A member who has not subscribed cannot use every feature, and other members cannot use the site to reach them either, which makes the restriction work in both directions. The homepage adds that subscribing lifts you higher in the search results. The paid ladder starts at a one day trial and runs up to six months.
Will NastyMams take a small test charge from my card?
It may. Both the terms and the billing policy describe a billing verification debit: an unpredictable sum between $0.5 and $5, or its equivalent in another currency, taken to prove the account belongs to whoever is using the card. The member is then asked to find that precise figure on their bank statement and report it, and the terms put the return of the money at three to five days.
As for what the recurring charge is labelled, no payment processor is named in any of the documents. The terms say only that where an outside company handles the money, it will be stated on the payment page at the moment the card details are entered.
Does NastyMams charge you again automatically?
Yes, and a trial does not simply repeat itself, it turns into something bigger. The billing policy says a three day membership left uncancelled converts to the monthly package once the three days are up, so the next charge is a month’s fee rather than another three days.
The terms say the same in capitals: the minimum length of the contract is whatever period was first chosen, and it renews at the rate signed up for, on the original payment method, until it is stopped. The trial itself has no fixed length. The billing policy puts it at three to seven days, and which end of that range applies depends on the payment method rather than the plan chosen, with the daily rate unchanged, so the day the monthly fee first arrives cannot be pinned down at signup.
How do you cancel NastyMams?
Inside the account, or by getting in touch, and the paperwork names three different places for the first route. Section 8(B) of the terms points at the My Settings section and its Remove Account link, which ends a free membership and a paid one alike. My Account is the page named in the billing policy.
