Over in the privacy policy, the data controller is given as “naughtyfever.com naughtyfever.com”.
One Homepage, Two Different Pitches
NaughtyFever sells a recurring subscription. Neither its terms nor its billing policy describes a credit, coin or token balance.
The hero line above the sign up panel reads “Take the chance to be happy!”, and the first block of body copy under it, headed “Naughty dating with local hotties”, asks the reader to “Join the flirtiest dating community and browse thousands of dating personals of hotties who are always up for some fun.” Lower down the same page, a second pitch runs under the heading “Meet Gay Guys For Naughty Dates”.

How Far NaughtyFever Reaches
The whole public site is a homepage, five French language landing pages and five legal pages. Everything past that sits behind registration.

The Charge That Follows the Three Day Plan
The way in is a three day subscription. Under a heading reading “Billing Policy (for 3d subcription)”, the billing policy says: “Unless cancelled, your 3 day membership will automatically convert to our monthly package after the end of a 3 day period.”
That first period is not fixed at three days. The same document: “Depending on your bank billing policy and payment methods you use, a length of your trial period may vary from three (3) days to seven (7) days. Nevertheless, the price per one-day offered to you for a trial period won’t be changed.”
The terms state the commitment in their own capitals: “THIS MEANS THAT THE MINIMUM DURATION OF YOUR CONTRACT WILL BE FOR THE INITIAL PERIOD YOU SELECT (E.G. 1 MONTH), AND THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE.”
Two clauses deal with a card short of the price. One reserves a reduction at the till: “In the event that there is not enough money on your account/card we reserve the right to give you a discount upon purchase.” The other reserves a shorter term instead, and adds: “The period and price of the subscription will depend on the amount of money available on your account/card.” NaughtyFever billing policy
Section D of the terms undertakes to email any change in the subscription price to the address given at signup, at least 7 days before the new price applies. On what shows up afterwards, the terms refer only to “our authorized billing agent” and do not name it.
What the Terms Put Their Name To
Their terms reserve no right to run fictitious, virtual or operator created profiles. The words fictitious and entertainment purposes appear in neither the terms nor the privacy policy, and no clause in either states that meeting another member is not possible. NaughtyFever terms of use
The claim about who is on the site sits on the homepage. A section there is headed “Too many female dating profiles at NaughtyFever.com”, and the copy beneath it reads: “Our dating community is really overloaded with female dating profiles. You can be sure that fun and dating success is guaranteed here.”
The sign up panel carries two consent lines beside checkboxes. The second reads: “I agree to the NaughtyFever Terms of Use. I also agree to receive newsletters, account updates, and offers sent by NaughtyFever.” It is ticked when the page loads, and it is the single control for both of those things.
Leaving is described in two places that name two different screens. The terms point at a “My Settings” section carrying a Remove Account link. The billing policy sends the member to a “My Account” page instead, to manage the subscription there.
The two documents also state the refund position differently. The billing policy: “No refund will be made once the subscription is in use as per our Terms of Use, and your access to the service will not stop until the end of the subscription so that you are able to fully enjoy NaughtyFever.” That sentence is printed twice, once in each of the billing policy’s two sections, and it cites the terms while saying it. What the terms themselves say is: “We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund.”

Are the women messaging you on NaughtyFever real?
Their paperwork makes no claim in either direction. Across the terms and the privacy policy there is no clause reserving the right to operate fictitious, virtual or operator created accounts, the phrase entertainment purposes is in neither document, and neither says that meeting somebody is off the table.
The supply claim sits on the homepage rather than in the legal pages. A section headed “Too many female dating profiles at NaughtyFever.com” tells the visitor the community is “really overloaded with female dating profiles” and that “fun and dating success is guaranteed here”.
Is NaughtyFever a gay dating site too?
The homepage sells one. Under the heading “Meet Gay Guys For Naughty Dates” it tells the reader to “join the best local gay dating website and make a profile”, and adds that “Most people find a match in a few minutes, and that means you can start having dates in less than an hour.”
The signup form is set the other way. Its “I am” selector loads on a man looking for a woman, and the browser title of that page reads “Sign up & find naughty women online in NaughtyFever.com”.
Two of the five French language pages the site publishes are same sex, at femme-cherche-femme.html and homme-cherche-homme.html.
Does NaughtyFever keep charging your card?
Yes. Their billing policy has a three day membership turn into the monthly package by itself unless somebody stops it first, and the terms print the commitment in capitals: the minimum duration of the contract is whatever initial period was selected, and it renews automatically until the service is cancelled.
The day that first charge lands is not one the member picks. In their wording, “a length of your trial period may vary from three (3) days to seven (7) days”, which they put down to the bank and the payment method, holding the per day price level across that range.
Two other things ride on the same clause. Anything paid for through iTunes renews inside that account, and the terms send the member back there to stop it. And the price is allowed to move: section D commits to emailing the address on the account at least 7 days before a new subscription price takes effect.
How do you cancel a NaughtyFever subscription?
Their own two documents name two different screens for it. The terms say to visit the “My Settings” section and follow the relevant link to Remove Account. The billing policy names a different one, telling the member to visit the “My Account” page to manage the subscription.
Off the site there are two more routes, both printed in the terms: the telephone line on +44 3444824945, or email to support@naughtyfever.com. Email carries a condition. The terms want the screenname and the email address on the account included, so the request can be tied to the account holder.
On timing, the billing policy allows the automatic payment to be stopped at any point “before the date of the recurring payment”, and no window in hours or days is set anywhere in either document. The terms fix when a cancellation counts rather than how far ahead it must be sent: “any notice of intention to cancel shall take effect upon receipt by us.”
How do you delete your NaughtyFever account?
The same Remove Account link does it. The terms treat one action as closing both sides at once: they let a member end the subscription and the membership, free or paid, from that same “My Settings” panel.
A support form sits at /support/contactUs and opens without a login. Two mailboxes are published for different jobs: support@naughtyfever.com in the terms for account matters, and privacy@naughtyfever.com in the privacy policy for data requests, which is also the address named there as both the UK and the EU representative.
Where do you complain about a NaughtyFever charge?
The terms carry a customer complaint policy, and the postal address printed in it is “naughtyfever.com”. The contactable routes in it are the +44 3444824945 line and email, with complain@naughtyfever.com published for complaints and support@naughtyfever.com for the account itself.
Two conditions sit on a billing dispute. The terms ask the member to come to them before going to the card issuer: “In the event that you disagree with any charge made to your account, you agree to contact us with a view to resolving the dispute prior to making a formal notification to your credit card company.” And there is a deadline on it: “All disputes must be raised within three (3) months of the disputed transaction occurring.”
Over to the People Who Joined
Their homepage says the community is “really overloaded with female dating profiles”. Anyone who got inside can say whether that held up, and what happened when they wrote to somebody.

Two more would save the next person some guessing. The terms send you to “My Settings” to cancel while the billing policy sends you to “My Account”, so say which one it actually was. And whatever wording turned up on your statement, put that in, since the terms name no billing agent.
