NearbyFlings

NearbyFlings puts distance in its own name. Its Terms of Use put something else at the top of the first screen: this is a platform “designed for entertainment purposes where you can engage in flirtatious chat exclusively with fictitious profiles”. At the bottom of the front page the footer marks out one group again: profiles “marked with a heart icon are for entertainment purposes only; physical contact with these profiles is impossible”. Both lines are the site’s own, and neither needs an account to read.

What You Can See Without Joining

More than usual, because the door is a member grid rather than a sales page. It loads logged out under a Members heading, with a counter reading “76382 Results”, a Filters control and twenty four profile tiles.

The working parts are all there too: a login box, a forgotten password link, six social sign in buttons and a registration form. The price list, the help desk and the about page open with no account either.

The Numbers on Show

Two size claims sit on one screen and both of them belong to the site. The grid header counts itself at “76382 Results”. The paragraph under it calls this “a platform with thousands of members signing up every day”, while the footer says “hundreds of new members sign up” daily. No date, no source and no method is attached to any of the three, and a results counter on a grid has not counted anybody.

Away from the site, Tranco ranks domains by how popular they are rather than by how many visits they get. Its list held nearbyflings.com between 2.9 million and 4.1 million over nine days in August 2026. Tranco rank history

Four shots of the site: the front page, the sign up form, the price list and a promo panel. Open the price list one.

What One Message Costs

The account is free and the front page repeats that no credit card is wanted to open one. Credits are where the money goes in, and one leaves the balance every time a message is sent.

Seven bundles are for sale in dollars. The way in is $2.99 for three credits, the biggest is $300 for three hundred, and each line also prints what one message works out at inside that bundle. Those per message figures land between $0.89 and $2.00, and the smaller the bundle the dearer the message, so what a conversation costs is settled by which line gets picked.

Two clocks run near that table. Clause 1 kills any credit left unspent after three months and rules out swapping a balance back into money. Clause 2 rules out anything repeating, in the words “all payments are one time and non-recurring”, and searching the rendered Terms of Use for renewal, subscription or automatic returns nothing on any of the three. Clause 3 says VAT is already inside the printed figures, and clause 5 warns that paying in a different currency can bring a bank charge of its own.

Then there is the footer, which quotes the cost of a message as varying “from $0.60 to $2.50, depending on the bundle you want to buy”. Neither of those two figures appears on the price list. NearbyFlings price list

What the Documents Set Out

“nearbyflings.com is a product of” is how the about page opens, and what follows it is Neto Web Development B.V. at Houserveld 23 in Brunssum, the Netherlands, with CC 86687271 under it as a Chamber of Commerce line and support@nearbyflings.com below that. The European online dispute resolution service is linked from the same page. So is a termination form built to be filled in by hand and posted to that street, its declaration already written out: “I hereby inform you that I have terminated our agreement regarding the sale of credit package(s)”. The line under the form tells you to print the page and email it to support instead. NearbyFlings company information

Anyone wondering how the charge will read can find out before buying anything. A heading on the price list asks what is shown on your bank statement, and the answer given is the operator’s company name, described there as a neutral payment reference. The sentence after it begins with NEVER in capitals and keeps the site’s own name, along with any mention of chatting or flirting, off the statement altogether. Cards go through SegPay, with help@segpay.com printed for questions, and PayPal is the alternative.

Money coming back is written down in three places and each of them words it differently. Clause 1 of the price list says an unused balance may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded, other than where the law requires it. Further down that same page a refunds block gives 14 days from the order, “for any reason and without justification”, by email to billing@nearbyflings.com. Clause 6.1 of the Terms holds to that fortnight and adds that a member who closes their own account may have back the credits they never spent. Clause 4 sets out the statutory 14 day cooling off period for entertainment services and says it is surrendered by anyone who asks for the service to begin at once.

Getting out is the shorter passage. Clause 13.1 lets an account be closed from its own settings at any moment, and nothing about notice is written near it. Questions have a public route as well: the help desk form needs no login and files what you send under Payment, Technical issue, Feedback or Other. NearbyFlings Terms of Use

Ages printed beside the names on the open grid run from 21 up to 70, and clause 1.2 of the Terms asks for at least 21. The copyright at the foot of that page begins in 2019, and 27 September of that year is the creation date in the registry record for the .com. The NearbyFlings front page

Before You Buy a Credit

Are the people on NearbyFlings actually near you?

Location is something the product handles. Registration asks for a city, and the grid that loads before you join carries a Filters control, so the site sorts profiles rather than throwing them at you at random.

Who is at the far end of a chat is a separate question, and the paperwork answers it in its own words. The Terms of Use open by describing a platform for flirtatious chat “exclusively with fictitious profiles”. The footer that repeats under every page says profiles “marked with a heart icon are for entertainment purposes only; physical contact with these profiles is impossible”. Both sentences were read on the live site, the first on the agreement page and the second at the bottom of the front page.

What does it cost to send a message on NearbyFlings?

Between $0.89 and $2.00, and which end you land on is decided when you buy rather than when you write. Credits come in seven bundles priced in dollars, from $2.99 for three up to $300 for three hundred, and the per message figure is printed on each line of that table. Small bundles carry the expensive rate.

Nothing is charged for having the account itself, and the front page says no credit card is needed at signup, so messages are the whole cost of this site. Clause 1 of the price list also gives an unspent credit three months before it dies, which puts a limit on how long a bundle can be eked out.

Does NearbyFlings charge you again automatically?

Clause 2 of the price list says every payment made on the site is one time and non-recurring. There is no plan, no tier and no trial anywhere beside the bundles, and a search of the rendered Terms of Use turns up nothing for renewal, for subscription or for automatic.

What money buys here is a quantity of credits, not a stretch of access, so no date is left standing on the card. The one deadline the site does set is the 14 day refund window, which runs from the order rather than from any anniversary.

What appears on your bank statement after paying NearbyFlings?

The site answers this itself, on a page that opens without a login. A heading on the price list asks what is shown on your bank statement, and the reply is the operator’s company name, which it calls a neutral payment reference.

The sentence that follows leads with NEVER in capitals: the site’s own name will not appear there, and neither will any reference to chatting or flirting. So the string to look for after a charge is the Dutch company named on the about page, not the brand you typed into the browser.

Who takes your payment when you buy on NearbyFlings?

SegPay for cards, PayPal for the other route. Both are named on the price list, and SegPay is given with an email at help@segpay.com, a chat option and a self service portal.

Behind them is the business the about page names for the domain: Neto Web Development B.V., of Houserveld 23 in Brunssum in the Netherlands, printed with CC 86687271 as its Chamber of Commerce line. Support goes to support@nearbyflings.com, anything about money to billing@nearbyflings.com, and the help desk form on the site takes payment questions from people who are not logged in.

Can you get your money back, or close the account?

Closing is the easy half. Clause 13.1 of the Terms says the account can be shut from its own settings whenever you want, with nothing about notice attached.

Refunds are spread over three passages that do not read the same. The refunds block on the price list allows 14 days from the order, for any reason and without justification, by email to billing@nearbyflings.com. Clause 6.1 of the Terms keeps the same fortnight and adds that closing your own account can return the credits you never spent. Clause 1, higher up that same price list, says an unused balance may not be redeemed for cash or refunded other than where the law requires it, and that credits expire after three months. A printable termination form sits on the about page too, addressed to the company’s street, with an instruction below it to print the page and email it to support.

What have NearbyFlings members said on this page?

The poll near the top is where they said it, and it leans the opposite way to the sibling sites built on the same platform. Most people voting here have picked an option that begins with not having met anyone. Percentages sit on the poll itself and move as new people arrive.

The box at the foot of this page holds the longer version, and it is open. What is in there was written years apart. None of it is ours, and none of it has been touched.

Did Anyone Turn Up?

The poll is near the top of this page, and the box under this paragraph takes the longer answer.

Who replied to you is the thing nobody can see from outside. Tell us whether the profile you spent credits on carried the heart icon, how fast the messages came back, whether any of it ever left the site, and whether the person in the pictures was the person who showed up. If the charge read oddly when it landed, that is worth a line too.

  • This site is a joke. I talked or more like chatted with individuals for about a year never got to ever see anyone they suck you in and tell you look good and build you up really high. I can always get a date on a beach, but fuck if I ever get a date on this site, they tell you they don’t get paid. They got a pay too, but I think they get a reimbursement from the nearby playing site. That way they can say they gotta pay to chat too. They just get their money back probably With part of mine. absolutely do not trust this site!!!
