NewNaughtyNeighbors
The front page of NewNaughtyNeighbors makes two promises in big type before it asks you for anything: “Sign up for FREE!” and “NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED”. Both are about the door. The price table one click away sells the thing most people came to do, sending a message, at somewhere between 89 cents and $2 a go. There is no member total anywhere on that splash. What it advertises is that arriving is free, and arriving is not the part that costs.
Credits In, Messages Out
This is a chat platform that runs on credits. You buy a pack, and each message you send takes one out of it. The footer printed on every page says members can search, browse profiles and receive messages according to their own profile settings, and that credits are what get spent on messages going out.
The Terms of Use define the product in their opening line. It is a platform “designed for entertainment purposes where you can engage in flirtatious chat exclusively with fictitious profiles”.

What the Traffic Panels Report
Two panels track this domain and their numbers land about a factor of three apart. Similarweb’s July 2026 panel gives 47.1K visits, with a 14.6% bounce rate, 12.94 pages per visit and an average visit of 27 minutes 32 seconds, on a panel Similarweb captions as desktop. Semrush puts July at 16.68K. Both are estimates. Similarweb panel for newnaughtyneighbors.com
Semrush prints its three months separately, and they run 121.88K in May, 19.54K in June and 16.68K in July, a fall it states as 14.63% between the last two. Of that July traffic it counts 528 visits from organic search, down 40.87% on the month, and none at all from paid. The device split there is 67.76% mobile against 32.24% desktop, and the United States accounts for 99.45%. Semrush overview for newnaughtyneighbors.com

What the Packs Cost, and Getting Out of It
Seven packs are on the pricing page, printed in this order:
3 credits for $2.99, at $0.99 each
10 credits for $8.99, at $0.89 each
8 credits for $16, at $2 each
20 credits for $34, at $1.70 each
40 credits for $60, at $1.50 each
125 credits for $150, at $1.20 each
300 credits for $300, at $1 each
The ten credit pack sits above the eight credit pack on their table, and on those figures the smaller of the two costs more, in total and per message.
Clause 2 on the same page states: “We believe in the power of freedom and choice. Therefore all payments are one time and non-recurring.” Section 6 of the Terms, which governs credits and fees, carries no recurring billing provision either. Clause 1 puts a three month limit on how long an unused credit lasts, and says balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returns are given 14 days from the initial order, for any reason and without justification, started by email to the billing address. Clause 4 attaches a condition: the statutory cooling off period for entertainment services can be lost if a customer consents to the service starting immediately and acknowledges giving that right up.
On what the bank sees, the page says: “Neto Web Development B.V., a neutral payment reference, will appear on your bank or credit card statement. NEVER will the name newnaughtyneighbors.com or any reference to chatting or flirting be mentioned on your bank or credit card statement.” NewNaughtyNeighbors pricing page
The Documents Behind the Splash Page
Undoing a purchase here runs on paper. The company information page carries a model withdrawal form made out to Neto Web Development B.V. at Houserveld 23, with fields for when the credits were received and the member’s own details, and it closes by telling them to print the page out and send it to support. Above the form, under a Company information heading, sits the site’s own statement of who operates it: “newnaughtyneighbors.com is a product of:”, then the company name, the street, 6441TA Brunssum, The Netherlands, a line reading “CC: 86687271”, and a support address. The Chamber of Commerce number there is the one the site prints for itself. NewNaughtyNeighbors company information
A different document names a different company for a different job. The site’s 2257 statement, last updated 5/24/2024, gives the custodian of records as Emotive Strategies Ltd, at 3rd Floor, J & C Building, Road Town, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands. No relationship between that company and the operator is stated anywhere on the site. NewNaughtyNeighbors 2257 statement
The Terms of Use here are the same document that runs on other brands in the same stable. CrushNearby, MyLocalCrush, SimpleFlirts and MyHotFlings each name the same operator on their own company pages, and the Terms carry the same 7/9/2026 update stamp, the same section numbering and the same seven row credit table. Section 15.1 carries its template tokens unsubstituted on all of them, this one included, directing a report to “{{DomainName}}/Report or send an e-mail to compliamce@{{DomainName}}”, spelled that way on the live page. The Google and Yahoo signup buttons here point at a sign on host shared across those brands, carrying this domain name as an encoded parameter. That same host turns up from the outside too: Semrush’s traffic journey for July lists netowebdevelopmentsignon.com among the destinations visitors go to next. NewNaughtyNeighbors Terms of Use
Sections 7.2 and 7.3 deal with the replies. The first tells a joining member that whatever they type in can be fed back into the operator’s systems, AI chat services included, by that company and by its partners. The second has a member agree “that the Output is fictitious and created for entertainment purposes only and that part or all of it may be AI-generated”.
The copyright line at the foot of the site runs from 2019 to 2026, and the .com registry records this domain as first registered on 20 January 2023. The footer states “The price per message/credit varies from $0.60 to $2.50”, while the per message column on the table itself runs from $0.89 to $2, and neither end of the footer’s range appears on any row of it. Before You Put a Card In
What shows up on your bank statement from New Naughty Neighbors?
A company name, and not the brand. The pricing page states that what reaches a bank or credit card statement is Neto Web Development B.V., which it describes as a neutral payment reference, and it says the site’s own name will never appear there, nor will any word referring to chatting or flirting.
So somebody searching a statement line is searching for a Dutch company, with nothing in the wording pointing back at a dating site. The site names SegPay and PayPal as its payment desks, and gives billing@newnaughtyneighbors.com as the address for questions about a charge.
Are the profiles on New Naughty Neighbors real people?
The Terms of Use answer that themselves, in the first line of the document. They describe a platform built for entertainment where the flirtatious chat is exclusively with fictitious profiles. The footer that appears on every page, splash included, describes the profiles marked with a heart icon as fictional entertainers’ profiles, put there for entertainment only, and says physical contact with those profiles is not possible.
Registering involves signing up to that. The line a new member agrees to at the bottom of the Terms has them accept use of the heart marked profiles on those conditions. Section 7.3 goes further about the replies themselves, having the member accept that what comes back is fictitious, made for entertainment, and possibly AI generated in whole or in part. Section 7.2 puts a member’s own typing into the training data for those same AI chat services.
How do you contact New Naughty Neighbors?
By email, at the addresses the site publishes for each purpose. General support and the completed withdrawal form both go to support@newnaughtyneighbors.com, which is the address printed in the company information block alongside the postal address in Brunssum. Anything about money goes to billing@newnaughtyneighbors.com, which is where the pricing page says a refund request has to start.
There are two more routes on the pricing page. SegPay is named as a payment desk with its own address at help@segpay.com plus a chat and self service site, and PayPal is named alongside it. There is also a link on the company information page to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.
Is New Naughty Neighbors free to join?
Registration is what the splash advertises as free, in those words, with “NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED” printed under them. The signup form asks for an email address, who you are and who you are looking for, a date of birth, a city, a username and a password, and offers Google and Yahoo buttons instead.
Where money starts is stated by the site too. Its footer says search and browsing are open to use and that messages arrive based on profile settings, and that sending is what costs credits. The cheapest way onto that table is a three credit pack at $2.99. Section 6.1 of the Terms adds that credits may be given free as part of a promotional program, and puts no quantity on that.
Does New Naughty Neighbors bill you every month?
The pricing page addresses this in its second clause, which states that all payments are one time and non-recurring, filed under a line about freedom and choice. Section 6 of the Terms is the part that governs credits and fees, and it contains nothing about renewals, rebills or recurring charges.
Subscriptions are mentioned once, in clause 1, which says certain features require a paid subscription or a purchase of credits. No subscription tier is offered on the table itself. The clock in this arrangement is on the balance rather than on a renewal date: clause 1 gives unused credits three months from purchase, while section 6.1 of the Terms sets down no expiry at all and makes credits refundable within 14 days and when a member closes an account.
How do you cancel and get your money back on New Naughty Neighbors?
The window is 14 days from the initial order. Inside it, the pricing page allows an order to be cancelled and returned “for any reason and without justification”, and the request is made by email to the billing address. Clause 4 sets the catch: the statutory cooling off period for entertainment services can be signed away if a customer agrees to the service starting straight away and accepts losing the right, and the Terms reserve a right to block a customer in cases of abuse or fraud.
Formally withdrawing from a purchase is done on paper. The form for it, headed for dissolution or termination, sits on the company information page and has to be printed and returned to the support address rather than submitted anywhere inside the account. Closing the account is separate and simpler: section 13.1 puts that in the member’s own settings, with no notice period attached, and section 3.5 lets the operator close an account left inactive for 90 days after trying to warn the registered email first.
Say What Happened to You
Voting takes a second. The box under it takes longer and is worth more to the next person reading.
The name sells somebody nearby, so start there. When you searched, who came up within reach of where you live? Did anybody keep a conversation going past the first few replies, and did any of it reach a number or a meeting? Say how long a pack of credits lasted. And if something on a bill you could not place is why you are here, type out what it read.
