PassionateChat

PassionateChat asks for a login before it asks for anything else. The front door carries a sign in box with Google and Yahoo buttons beside it, a free signup panel saying no credit card is needed, and a member grid printing 76,322 results to somebody who has not joined. What is nowhere on the site is a monthly plan, so the number worth having before you register is what one message costs.

Sold by the Message, Not by the Month

Credits are the whole mechanic. You buy a bundle up front, and one credit leaves the balance each time you send. Registering, browsing the grid and reading what arrives cost nothing.

In the Terms of Use, the opening paragraph names the product: a platform designed for entertainment purposes, where the flirtatious chat is with fictitious profiles. That sentence and the credit table are the two halves of the product, and both can be read before an email address goes anywhere.

PassionateChat is bought a bundle at a time, so there is nothing here to compare by the month. If you want to see what a monthly membership buys instead, the button below opens our general shortlist.

Two Numbers, and Neither Is a Visit Count

The first is the site’s own. The header above the logged out grid prints 76,322 results, which is what its directory says about itself rather than a measure of anybody using it, while copy on the same screen says thousands of members sign up every day.

The second comes from outside. The Tranco list has the domain at about 594,000 on 6 September 2026, up from about 628,000 in late July, on a run of daily entries with no gaps in it. That is a position among domains rather than traffic, and a falling number there means the domain is climbing.

The gallery holds the front page, the member grid, the login box and the pricing page.

What a Conversation Costs to Start

The price list runs to seven credit bundles and no plan, tier or trial of any kind. Entry is $2.99 for three credits, and every row carries its own per message rate, so what a message costs is set by the bundle it came out of rather than by the message. The lowest of those rates is $0.89, on the $8.99 bundle.

Nothing about the total is fixed in advance, then. There is no month to cancel and no anniversary date to beat, because clause 2 of the pricing page states that all payments are one time and non-recurring, and the word renew does not appear in the Terms of Use at all.

Clause 1 attaches its deadline to the balance instead of the card: unused credits expire after three months. Clause 3 states that VAT and other taxes are already in the prices.

The site also publishes what the charge will read as. The pricing page puts the operator’s company name, which it calls a neutral payment reference, on a bank or credit card statement, and the line under it rules out the domain name, and any mention of chatting or flirting, in capitals. Their Terms, Their Company Page, Their Footer

The company page states that passionatechat.com is a product of Neto Web Development B.V., at Houserveld 23, 6441TA Brunssum in the Netherlands, gives CC 86687271 as the Chamber of Commerce line, and puts support@passionatechat.com under it. That page also holds a printable withdrawal notice made out to the same street, its declaration already written for you, and a link the company itself provides to the European online dispute resolution platform. The Terms open by calling the platform one “designed for entertainment purposes where you can engage in flirtatious chat exclusively with fictitious profiles”. Section 7.2 says a member’s own typing “may be used by us and our partners to train and develop our systems, including our AI chat services”, and 7.3 has that member accept “that the Output is fictitious and created for entertainment purposes only and that part or all of it may be AI-generated”. Section 13.1 keeps the exit short: the account settings close an account whenever the member wants, with no notice period written against it. PassionateChat Terms of Use

The footer under the member grid marks out one group of profiles: “Fictional entertainers’ profiles marked with a heart icon are for entertainment purposes only; physical contact with these profiles is impossible.” The tiles above it print an age beside each name, and on one logged out screen those ages ran from 18 to 77, against a Terms clause at 1.2 putting the minimum joining age at 21. A copyright line at the bottom of the same page runs from 2020 to 2026, which lines up with the registry record for the .com putting the domain’s creation on 18 February 2020. Getting money back is written down in three places. Clause 1 of the pricing page has an unspent balance that cannot be turned into cash or refunded except where the law requires it. Under Returns and Refunds, further down that same page, an order can go back inside 14 days with no reason required, by email to the billing mailbox. Section 6.1 of the Terms sets a 14 day window too, and adds a refund of all unused credits where the member closes the account.

What Gets Asked About the Chat Before They Pay For It

What does it cost to send a message on PassionateChat?

Somewhere between $0.89 and $2.00, and which end applies is decided by the bundle the credit came out of rather than by the message. The price list carries seven bundles in US dollars and prints a per message rate on each row, and one credit is what leaves the balance when you press send.

The cheapest way in is $2.99, which buys three credits. The cheapest rate to send at is on the $8.99 bundle, which the price list puts at $0.89 a message. Reading what arrives, running the search and holding an account all cost nothing, so the only thing moving the total is how often somebody presses send.

Does PassionateChat charge you again automatically?

No, on the site’s own statement of it. Clause 2 of the pricing page puts every payment made here in the one time and non-recurring category, and nothing describing a renewal, a rebill or a repeating charge sits anywhere on that page against it. The word renew does not turn up in the Terms of Use either.

The deadline here sits on the credits instead. Clause 1 gives an unspent balance three months before it expires, so what needs watching is the shelf life of a bundle you already paid for rather than a date when the card gets touched again.

How do you log in to PassionateChat?

Three ways, all on the page the domain opens on. A log in button opens a username and password form, and two more buttons in the same header sign you in with a Google account or a Yahoo account, handing you to the sign on service the platform runs rather than keeping you on the domain.

Getting an account in the first place costs nothing, and the splash says outright that no credit card is needed for it. If the password route is the one giving trouble, the site keeps a help desk form that opens without a login, offering Payment, Technical issue, Feedback and Other as its subjects, and support@passionatechat.com is the address printed on the company page.

Who takes your payment when you buy on PassionateChat?

Two names are printed on the pricing page. SegPay handles card payments, and the site prints help@segpay.com alongside a chat route and a self service site for anyone querying a charge with the processor directly. PayPal is the second route.

Behind both is the company the site names for itself on its company page, Neto Web Development B.V., at Houserveld 23, 6441TA Brunssum in the Netherlands, with a Chamber of Commerce line reading CC 86687271. Money questions go to billing@passionatechat.com, and that is also the address a 14 day return has to be asked for at.

What appears on your bank statement after paying PassionateChat?

A company name rather than a website. The pricing page says in advance which line a bank or credit card statement will carry, and it is the Dutch company that runs the site, described there as a neutral payment reference. The sentence following it starts on a capitalised NEVER and rules out the domain name, or any mention of chatting or flirting, ever appearing there.

So an unrecognised charge from this site reads as a Dutch business with nothing dating shaped in the wording at all. Billing questions go to billing@passionatechat.com, and the two desks that actually take the payment, SegPay and PayPal, are both named on that same page.

How do you close a PassionateChat account?

Through the account settings, at any time. Section 13.1 of the Terms of Use puts the closure there and sets no notice period against it, and there is no renewal date to get in front of, because the pricing page states that payments are one time and non-recurring.

Money is a separate route. The company page carries a printable withdrawal notice addressed to the operator in Brunssum, with the declaration already written out and space for the credits bought, a username, a signature and a date. Refund requests go by email to billing@passionatechat.com within 14 days of the order, and the site also runs a helpdesk form that opens without a login, offering Payment, Technical issue, Feedback and Other as its subjects.

Did Any of It Get Past the Chat?

The vote is near the top of this page and the box is right below this.

This site puts a login in front of everything else, so start there. Did you sign in with a password, with Google or with Yahoo, and did it let you straight back in afterwards? Then the grid: say whether the profiles the filters returned looked like the ones sitting on the logged out screen. And if you got as far as buying credits, say how many messages went out before you stopped.

  • IMO using this site would be a waste of your money. I spent lots of money and never got to meet any ladies. They talk like they’re so ready to get it on yet they never made time to meet. It was always bad timing or they weren’t ready. I don’t think you’re actually talking to the lady. Either way your better off trying another site.
