RomanticMoms puts a permission in front of every new member. Section 1 of its terms has the member authorise the site “to reproduce and broadcast the information contained in your profile”, and names a photograph, a description and a chat-up line among the things that covers. Where any of it travels to is left to the privacy policy, which calls the destinations Group Companies and Partner Sites. Those two phrases appear eleven and eight times in that document. No site is named at any of the nineteen.
What RomanticMoms Is Selling
RomanticMoms is a dating site aimed at men looking for older women. The hero line reads “Take your chance to be loved!”, with a sign-up panel under it headed “Sign up for free!” whose “I am” dropdown arrives preset to “a man looking for a woman”. The terms separate a free membership from a paid one when they set out how to leave, so both tiers exist. The paid one is a subscription rather than a bundle of credits, and the billing policy opens by treating the purchase of a plan as agreement to automatic renewal.

Three Traffic Estimates That Do Not Agree
The trackers are a long way apart on how busy this site is. HypeStat puts RomanticMoms at roughly 91,000 monthly visits, while on the same page the SimilarWeb figure reads about 89,000 and the SEMrush figure about 28,000. All three are marked as estimates.
That page also gives an average visit of 5 minutes 12 seconds across 8.26 pages, a bounce rate of 34.22%, and an audience split of United States 45.6%, Australia 32.8% and United Kingdom 18.2%. It puts direct traffic at 80.3% and search at 0%, which matches a homepage carrying no landing pages of its own. Traffic estimates for romanticmoms.com

What the Billing Policy Reserves the Right To Do
Everything paid here starts with a three day subscription. The billing policy says that when it ends “it will automatically convert to our monthly membership plan for which you will be charged a monthly fee unless canceled”, and that buying any plan is agreement to automatic renewal billing.
How long that first period lasts is not fixed. The same document says the trial “may vary from three (3) to seven (7) days”, the variables being which bank and which payment method are involved, and it holds the price per day level whichever length applies. The first monthly charge therefore falls on a date the member does not set.
Two further clauses set out arrangements the site reserves rather than advertises. It claims the right to provide a one month pay as you go package “where the user is billed 1/30 of monthly membership on a daily basis until the subscription is canceled by the user”, with anyone leaving part way through billed for the period actually served.
The second covers a card that will not take the full amount. On insufficient funds the policy reserves the right to offer a discount at the point of purchase, and separately to “charge you for a shorter subscription period”, with the period and the price depending on what is available on the card. The Paperwork, and Two Places It Does Not Match
The terms put a purpose against that broadcasting permission. A profile may be reproduced “throughout all or part of our sites and products for the purposes of delivering the Services to you and for marketing and other purposes”.
The privacy policy sets the same arrangement out from its own side. Under a heading reading ABOUT OUR GROUP COMPANIES it says “We own many different social and dating websites and mobile apps”, and under ABOUT OUR PARTNER SITES, “we will share your details across our Partner Sites and market our different products and services to you”. The terms carry no fictitious profiles clause. The words fictitious, virtual profile and entertainment purposes are absent from them, no clause in them claims the right to operate accounts the site has made itself, and nothing in them states that meeting another member is impossible. On the renewal rate the two documents do not line up. The terms say a membership “will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for”. The billing policy describes the three day plan turning into the monthly membership plan, at a monthly fee.
Refunds are put two ways as well. The billing policy states: “No refund will be made once the subscription is in use, as per our Terms of Use”. The terms, under DISPUTES ABOUT BILLING AND REFUNDS, say: “We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund”, and commit in the same section to crediting a disputed charge “where justified” if it is raised within three months.
Three of these details also appear in MilfBerry’s paperwork. The terms of use name the operator’s registered address as Suite 1601, Kinwick Centre, 32 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong, the same address MilfBerry’s terms give for its own operator. Both sites’ privacy policies name GDPGuard Ltd, of 45 Fitzroy Street, London, as their appointed data protection officer. Both print 1 (800) 961-9835 as the number for California data requests. Neither site names the other anywhere in its documents.

Its Section menu offers three choices, and the sole subject sitting beneath Account & Billing Management is Remove account, with Profile Change and Other making up the rest. The Questions That Come Up Before You Hand Over a Card
Are the moms on RomanticMoms real people?
The terms do not address it. They hold no clause about profiles the site might create for itself, the word fictitious does not appear in them at any point, and they make no statement that a member should not expect to meet anybody.
What the terms do address is the member’s own profile. Signing up authorises the operator to reproduce and broadcast a member’s name, photograph and description across all or part of its sites and products, for delivering the service and for marketing. No document says how anyone else’s profile arrives on the site or who looks at it.
Is RomanticMoms really free to join?
Registration costs nothing. The panel on the homepage is headed “Sign up for free!”, and the terms confirm a free tier exists by distinguishing a free membership from a paid one when they explain how to close an account.
The paid side starts separately, with a three day subscription. That is the product the billing policy governs, and it is the one that renews. A free membership and a paid subscription are treated as two different things throughout their paperwork.
Does RomanticMoms charge you again automatically?
Yes, and the billing policy puts the agreement to it at the moment of purchase rather than at the end of the term. Buying a membership plan is stated as agreeing to automatic renewal billing, and the three day subscription rolls into the monthly plan on its own unless it is stopped first.
The date that happens is not a fixed one. Their policy sets the first period at anywhere between three and seven days, decided by the card and the bank rather than by the member, and keeps the daily price level either way. Anyone counting four days forward from signup may therefore be counting to the wrong date.
Add-ons behave the same way. Paying for an extra feature activates it for one month, and the policy extends that automatically for a further period of the same length and price unless it is cancelled before the collection date.
How do you cancel a RomanticMoms subscription?
Three ways, and the terms present them as equal alternatives. There is a Remove Account link under “My Settings” once a member is signed in. There is a telephone line, +44 3444824945. There is an email address, support@romanticmoms.com. Notice given by any of the three counts.
The billing policy puts the deadline at any point before the recurring payment falls due, and attaches no number of hours or days to it anywhere in the document. It adds one consequence, that somebody who cancels is no longer entitled to use the service at a preferential rate. The terms add one exception, that a subscription bought inside an iTunes account has to be stopped in that account rather than on the site.
How do you delete your RomanticMoms account?
Through the same Remove Account link in “My Settings”. The terms treat that one link as closing both sides at once, the paid subscription and the membership behind it, so stopping the billing and shutting the account are not two separate jobs here.
The support form is the other surface for it. It asks which area a request concerns, and Remove account is the one subject listed under its account and billing option. Anything about personal data rather than the account itself is routed differently again: the privacy policy hands that to an appointed data protection officer in London, and prints a US telephone number for California residents exercising their state rights.
What is the small RomanticMoms charge on my bank statement?
Their billing policy describes an anti-fraud check. Selected users have a random amount taken from the card, put at “$0.5 to $5 (or its equivalent in local currency)”, and are told to look the precise sum up on their own bank statement and hand it back as confirmation. The policy undertakes to return the money three to five days after that check completes.
Two other clauses mean a charge need not match the plan a member thought they bought. Where funds are short, the policy reserves the right to bill for a shorter subscription period at a price set by what the card will take. It also reserves the right to amend a subscription package, with advance notice of any price change.
