ShagMILFS

ShagMILFS has written down what it may do to a customer it pays back. On issuing a refund, the terms say, the site “reserves the right to add you to the negative databases of our associated authorized billing agents, and to any third-party fraud prevention agents associated with our products”. Refunds themselves are withheld “unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund”, and “simply buyer’s remorse” is named as no ground for one.

Timed Access, and the Four Ways to Sign Up

Above the signup panel the hero reads “Date the cutest MILFs in your area!”, and the panel carries the heading “Sign up for free!” Time is the product behind both. A trial runs a day, three days or a week; a package runs one, three or six months; and whichever is chosen renews itself at the end of its own length.

Four combinations sit in the “I am” selector, two of them straight and two of them same-sex.

Visitors: What Is Actually Knowable

Registration runs from November 2016 to a paid-up expiry in 2030, last amended April 2026. The registrant is redacted and the nameservers are DNS Made Easy, so the registry names nobody. Registry record for shagmilfs.com

The site does say something about its own size, because EU law asks it to. Its Digital Service Act page gives “the average monthly active recipients of ShagMilfs in the Union” as “well below 45 million”. That is a regulatory threshold being cleared rather than a measurement. Across the nine documents rendered for this page it is the only size statement, and no member count appears in any of them.

Four screens: the homepage, the signup panel, the terms and the contact form. Open the last two at full size; that is where the quoted sentences live.

Renewal, and the Three Ways Out

Two grades of access cost nothing. The terms say “There is no fee payable to access the Services as a Guest or as a Free Member”, and explain that “JOIN FOR FREE” means “you can sign up to the Services free of charge, however you will have limited access to features and areas of the Service.” The features are never itemised.

On what a paid plan costs, the terms point forward: “The fees payable for each of our Subscription Packages are set out on the payment page at the point of making payment.”

Renewal is where two documents answer differently. The terms, in their opening clauses, say “All paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price that you signed up to.” The billing policy says that “once a 3 Day subscription you’ve chosen comes to an end it will automatically convert to our monthly membership plan for which you will be charged a monthly fee unless cancelled”, and two sentences later says “Your initial subscription will automatically be renewed for a period of time equal to that initially chosen and at the same rate unless cancelled.”

Both are linked from the same footer, and neither resolves the other.

For getting out, the terms name three routes: the Remove Account link inside the “My Settings” area, which the terms apply to free and paid membership alike, and notice given “by telephone or email” to the number and address above. The contact form carries an “Account & Billing Management” section with “Remove account” among its subjects, reachable without logging in. The terms add that notice “shall take effect upon receipt by us”, and that “A cancellation initiated by any other party or entity, will not be considered a valid cancellation and you will continue to be charged.”

Where Their Own Documents Pull Apart

The rate conflict is not only between documents. Inside the terms of use alone, one clause promises renewal “at the same rate that you signed up for using the original payment method”, and a later clause says the subscription “will be automatically extended for successive renewal period of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then current non-promotional subscription rate”. Same page, two answers about what the next charge is.

The refund clauses do the same thing. One of them opens a window: a resident of the UK or the EU “can cancel the agreement created through your acceptance of these Terms of Use within 14 days after the confirmation of your subscription to any Services”, with “a pro-rated refund based on your usage of the Service.” Others close in on anything granted outside it: “If an issued refund is for a recurring billing, we will only refund the most recent payment”, and “We do not provide cash refunds; our authorized billing agent refunds the requested transaction back to you.” Window and conditions sit a few sections apart in one document.

The one clause in the terms dealing with accounts that are nobody’s covers the site’s own: “We may use internal technical accounts solely for the purposes of quality assurance, security testing, and feature optimization”, and those accounts “do not represent actual users and are not intended for social interaction or promotional engagement.” It is a testing provision. Past it, neither the terms nor the privacy policy puts anything on the record about who sits behind a profile: no mention of fictitious, fantasy or operator-run accounts, and no undertaking that every member is a person either. The gap runs in both directions and is printed here that way.

Two documents run long on the site’s own obligations. The terms carry a full age-verification regime, naming photo identification, photo identification with a live selfie, facial age estimation, credit card checks and open banking, and reserve the right to delete a profile that stays unverified. The footer also links an Anti-Slavery Policy, a complete document with a zero-tolerance position and a reporting route, which the server answers with a 404 header while serving in full.

The privacy policy is the one document that names a company: GDPGuard Ltd of 45 Fitzroy Street, London, appointed as its data protection officer. That is a data role, and it is not the operator’s.

The Practical Questions, Answered From Their Pages

Is ShagMILFS legit, or is something else going on?

What can be established from the site’s own pages: the address has been continuously registered since November 2016, the legal documents all render in full, and the terms fill the operator slot with the brand name rather than a company, at a Hong Kong suite address, and nothing beside that name supplies a company number, a legal form or a place of registration.

The one named company in the paperwork is GDPGuard Ltd in London, appointed as its data protection officer, which is a data role rather than the operator. The documents make no statement about whether profiles belong to members, in either direction. Those are the checkable parts of the question, and all of them come out of the documents rather than out of anybody’s opinion of the site.

What do you actually get on ShagMILFS without paying?

The terms set out two unpaid grades, Guest and Free Member, and state that neither carries a fee. They also say that signing up free gives limited access to features and areas of the site, and that full access needs a full membership. What they never do is list the limits, so whether a free account can search, see photographs, send a message or read one that arrives is left unstated across the documents.

Does ShagMILFS keep charging your card after the first payment?

Yes, the plans are written as self-renewing, and that is stated in capitals in the terms: the minimum contract runs for the period selected and renews until the service is cancelled. What the documents do not settle is the amount and the length of that next charge.

One clause has it renewing at the rate and for the period originally chosen. A later clause in the same terms has it renewing at the then current non-promotional rate. The billing policy answers differently again for short plans, saying a three day subscription converts into the monthly plan and is billed monthly.

How do you stop ShagMILFS taking money from your card?

The terms point at the account settings first: My Settings carries a Remove Account link, and the clause applies it to membership whether that membership is free or paid. If you would rather not do it from inside, the same clause offers the US telephone number and the support email address printed in the terms, and the site’s contact form lists Remove account as a subject under Account and Billing Management, with no login needed to reach the form.

Two sentences in the terms sit over all of it. Notice to cancel “shall take effect upon receipt by us”, so a cancellation is only effective once it has arrived with them. And “A cancellation initiated by any other party or entity, will not be considered a valid cancellation and you will continue to be charged”, which leaves the charges running if the job is handed to a bank or a card issuer. On timing there is no hour count and no cut-off window anywhere in the documents. The terms allow it “at any time before the renewal date”, and the billing policy prints “at any time before the date of the recurring payment”.

Will ShagMILFS give money back if you change your mind?

The default in the terms is no, stated as “We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund.” The same section says dissatisfaction with the website does not qualify, and nor does buyer’s remorse on its own. Where a refund is agreed, two limits follow: a recurring billing refund covers the most recent payment only, and the money reaches you from the site’s authorized billing agent rather than from the site.

One clause pulls against the rest, and residency is what decides who it reaches. Inside the UK and the EU a fortnight runs from the confirmation of the subscription, and money taken back under that clause is measured against usage rather than against the time left unused. The terms also attach a consequence to refunding somebody: “on issuing a refund, the Website reserves the right to add you to the negative databases of our associated authorized billing agents, and to any third-party fraud prevention agents associated with our products.” All of those sentences are in the terms of use rather than scattered across the footer links.

Does ShagMILFS ask you to prove how old you are?

It reserves the right to. The terms describe an age-verification regime in detail, listing photo identification, photo identification alongside a live selfie, facial age estimation, credit card verification and open banking as the methods it may use, and they reserve the right to delete a profile that has not been verified. There is also an age gate on the way in, a panel at the foot of the homepage headed Age Confirmation and Cookie Policy Agreement, offering Exit or Yes, Continue, which asks for a click rather than a document. The regime is written as a right the site may exercise rather than as a step every signup passes through.

Why does a dating site publish an anti-slavery policy?

The policy sits in the homepage footer alongside the terms and the privacy policy, and it is a full document rather than a placeholder: a stated zero-tolerance position, obligations placed on suppliers and a route for raising a concern. Worth knowing on a dating brand, and worth knowing for a second reason too. The server answers that address with a 404 header and serves the whole policy to a browser anyway, so on this platform a page that looks missing from the outside is not necessarily missing.

What the Paperwork Does Not Record

If you held an account here, you have the half of this nobody can read off a document. Say which of the four options in the “I am” selector you joined under, and whether the profiles that followed matched it.

Say whether the age checks named in the terms ever reached you, and which of them. The site tells the EU its monthly audience sits well below 45 million, so say whether it felt that big once you were inside. The box is below.
