SpankingChatCity
Spanking Chat City calls itself, on its own about page, “the fastest growing co-operative of online chat sites in the world”, and says the model runs on “sharing the same growing client database”. Clause 2.5 of its terms says the same without the marketing: members you talk to here may have registered through a different website. The brand on the door is a spanking chat room. The membership behind it is a recurring card subscription, and the company taking it is named in the terms rather than on the front page.
What SpankingChatCity Is Selling
This is a themed chat product rather than a swipe app. The homepage sells spanking chat rooms, members who share the interest and somewhere to talk about experiences, and the page title reads “Spanking Chat City | Let’s Talk Spanking”. A free Basic membership covers browsing, viewing profiles, sending flirts and editing your own profile.
Past that it is a card on file. Clause 3.5 of the terms lists four membership levels and every paid one re-bills on a cycle. No coin, token or per-message pricing appears in those clauses.

The Size of the Audience
HypeStat, a third-party estimator, models this domain at roughly 493 visitors and 1,725 page impressions a day, and places it at global rank #2,817,878. Those are model outputs rather than counted visits, and the same report also generates an advertising revenue figure and a dollar valuation for the domain. HypeStat estimate
The registry record is firmer ground. The .com was created on 22 August 2008, answers on Cloudflare nameservers and is paid up to 22 August 2027. Registry record
All four open full size. The two browse screens show how members are listed and filtered by interest, and the sign-up shot is the form a visitor fills in before the premium membership is offered.
The Price of Talking
Clause 3.5 of the terms sets four levels. A Basic membership costs nothing and carries what the clause calls “limited membership privileges”. A three-day trial costs $2.97 and, in the clause’s own words, “will re-bill at the rate of $19.95 if not cancelled before the 3 day trial ends. It will then continue to re-bill every 30 days until cancelled.”
The two standing plans are a monthly at $19.95, charged again every 30 days, and a three-month at $39.99 for 90 days of access, charged again every 90 days. The Automatic Renewal Terms state that a term which is not cancelled before it ends renews for an equivalent period at the same price. The trial is the tier that steps up, from $2.97 to $19.95.
Which name reaches the statement depends on the currency. A page headed “How is this site billed” prints both: “For USD currency this site is billed by chatcs.com” and “For all other currencies this site is billed by campay24.com”. The brand name is in neither string, and the disclaimer at the foot of every page names only the second. Billing descriptors
What Their Documents Say, and Where They Disagree
Clause 1.6.1 of the Terms of Use names the service provider as “Infinite Connections Inc. / Infinite Connections Ltd Company No. 07557899 VAT #EU196011004 / 9345-1433 Quebec Inc VAT # (Outside USA)”. That company number resolves on the UK register to INFINITE CONNECTIONS LTD, an active private limited company incorporated on 9 March 2011 in Watford. The name on the register matches the name in the clause. Companies House 07557899. The other two entities in that sentence are named by the site alone, and the Automatic Renewal Terms name only the Inc. as the party authorised to charge a card.
Two of their own pages set refunds differently. The Refund Policy says the site “will gladly offer you a full refund up to 60 days within the date of purchase”, and adds “After 60 days, all sales are final.” Refund Policy. Clause 3.7.1 of the terms says: “In the event that Your account is canceled by You, no refund, including any Membership fees, will be granted; no online time or other credits will be credited to You or can be converted to cash or other form of reimbursement.” Terms of Use
The Refund Policy also gives members in ten named states three business days to cancel by signed written notice, “sent by certified mail or personally delivered to our mailbox”. Clause 3.6 gives 30 days to raise a billing error, after which the fee is “deemed acceptable by You for all purposes”.
Cancelling is described twice as well. Clause 3.7.1 keeps it here: a “My Membership” button, then the cancel option, which drops the account to Free or Basic, with “Delete Account” as a further step. The Automatic Renewal Terms instead route it through “My Account”, then “Subscription”, then a link out to a customer support site.
Clause 2.5, which the footer links as the Shared Site Disclosure, states that the service “is offered through and accessible through a number of other websites in addition to this particular website”, and that members you view and communicate with may have registered elsewhere. Neither that clause nor the about page names one of those sites. The terms carry no clause describing the profiles as fictitious or operator-run.
The two brands run on the same platform, and it is checkable by opening both. The legal pages sit at the same /pages/ paths, the footer disclaimer is worded identically apart from the billing domain at the end of it, and /pages/pricing.html answers with a “Page not found” body on each site.
Eight Questions, Answered From Their Own Pages
Is SpankingChatCity a dating site or a chat site?
The name, the page title and the homepage all say chat. The title element reads “Spanking Chat City | Let’s Talk Spanking”, and the front page offers chat rooms, members who love spanking, and conversation about experiences. The terms describe what is sold only as a “Service”, delivered through this website and others.
One line breaks the pattern. The 18-plus notice printed at the foot of every page calls it “this dating site” and requires all members to be 18 or over.
Do you have to pay to message anyone on SpankingChatCity?
The disclaimer printed at the bottom of every page lists exactly what a free account covers: browsing the site, viewing profiles, sending flirts and modifying your profile. Chat and messaging are not on that list.
Clause 3.5.1 of the terms describes Basic members as not charged a fee but holding “limited membership privileges”, and does not enumerate them. Every other level in clause 3.5 is a paid subscription that re-bills.
How much does SpankingChatCity cost?
In US dollars, from clause 3.5 of the terms: a three-day trial at $2.97 which re-bills at $19.95 unless it is cancelled before the third day is out, a monthly at $19.95 charged again every 30 days, and a three-month plan at $39.99 charged again every 90 days.
There is no coin, token or per-message pricing in those clauses, so the cost is the plan and nothing is metered on top of it. Payments in currencies other than the dollar run through a second billing desk, and the terms print figures only in dollars.
What does SpankingChatCity show up as on your bank statement?
The site publishes a page headed “How is this site billed”, and it gives two answers split by currency. Dollar payments are billed by chatcs.com. Every other currency is billed by campay24.com.
The disclaimer in the site footer names only campay24.com, so the dollar descriptor turns up on the billing page rather than in the footer. Neither string contains the words spanking or chat city, so searching a statement for the brand will not turn up the charge.
How do you cancel SpankingChatCity?
Their documents give two routes. Clause 3.7.1 of the terms keeps it in one place: click “My Membership”, pick the option to cancel, and the account converts to a free Basic one. The Automatic Renewal Terms send you instead to “My Account”, then “Subscription”, then out through a support link to a customer support site.
Neither document sets a notice period in hours or days for a standing plan; the wording is that a subscription not cancelled before its term ends renews automatically. The one hard deadline printed anywhere is on the trial, where cancelling has to happen before the three days are up or $19.95 is charged. Anything bought through an Apple or Google account has to be cancelled inside that account instead.
Who runs SpankingChatCity?
Clause 1.6.1 of the terms names three entities in a single sentence: Infinite Connections Inc., Infinite Connections Ltd under company number 07557899, and 9345-1433 Quebec Inc for customers outside the United States.
That company number checks out. The UK register carries INFINITE CONNECTIONS LTD, number 07557899, as an active private limited company incorporated on 9 March 2011, with a registered office at Iveco House, Station Road, Watford, and an SIC code for advertising agencies. The Automatic Renewal Terms name the Inc. on its own as the party you authorise to charge your payment method. The only contact route the terms give is a web form on the site.
Are the people in the chat rooms only on SpankingChatCity?
No, and the terms say so in the clause the footer links as the Shared Site Disclosure. Clause 2.5 states that the service is offered through a number of other websites besides this one, that anything you post here may be searchable by people using those other sites, and that members you view and communicate with may have registered and arrived through a different website.
The about page frames the same arrangement as marketing, calling the site a “co-operative” of chat sites working to shared objectives and “sharing the same growing client database”. No other site in that arrangement is named in either document.
How do you delete your SpankingChatCity account?
Deleting and cancelling are two separate actions in clause 3.7.1. A free or Basic member deletes by clicking “My Membership”, then “Delete Account”, then “Ok”. A paying member has to cancel first, which converts the membership to Free or Basic, and can only then run the delete step.
So ending the payments does not remove the account by itself. The same clause states that an account cancelled by the member earns no refund of membership fees.
