SpicyDesires puts one claim in its own page title: “The Top Rated Single Dating Service”. Section 2 of its terms of use describes the product differently, as “a social networking website for adults, designed as a forum for meeting new people, engaging in discussions of a sexual nature, and sharing photos, media content, stories, and other information”. One of those is the pitch and the other is the contract, and the contract is what you accept at the sign up form.
Access comes in three grades in that document, Guest, Free Member and Full Member, and only the last has paid for anything. The paid grade is a subscription that renews on its own, with no coins, tokens or credits anywhere in the paperwork, and it opens with a trial their billing policy lets your own bank shorten or stretch, anywhere from three days to seven.

The Visitor Numbers, and How Old They Are
HypeStat holds the large figure, 418,261 monthly visits, on a report stamping its own last update at 2,179 days ago, which puts that count around August 2020. Open the homepage full size for the line under the form, where clicking submit is express consent to the privacy policy and its use of profiling, to the terms, and to newsletters, account updates and offers.
The Trial, the Renewal and the Way Out
Packages run 1, 3 or 6 months. In front of them the terms list “1 day, 3 day or 1 week trials”, and the billing policy then passes the length of that opening period to the bank: “Depending on your bank’s billing policy and the payment methods you use, the length of your trial period may vary from three (3) to seven (7) days.”
Not buying leaves you with the free tier, which terms 4(A) puts at “limited access to features and areas of the Services” for no fee. Section 3 sets the limit in both directions: “subscribers and non-subscribing members will not be able to use the Website to communicate with you”.
Liability for the automatic billing attaches the moment a package is bought, trial included. In upper case, the terms make whichever period you select the shortest the contract can be, renewing until cancelled. Expect one extra debit early on. A card may be verified by taking a random amount between $0.5 and $5, returned inside three to five days, and where the balance will not cover the package chosen the site may sell a shorter period instead.
Stopping it is done in “My Settings”, through the link marked Remove Account, or by telephone or email, before the paid period ends. An outside cancellation service does not count, on their own wording: “A cancellation initiated by any other party or entity, will not be considered a valid cancellation and you will continue to be charged.”
Six Things Their Documents Put in Writing
Start with who you are dealing with, because the site gives two answers. Every page footer reads “© Copyright 2026, VIZANTIO WEB LTD”, a name the anti slavery policy repeats four times, and Companies House holds it as company 13589797, incorporated 27 August 2021 and active, at 123 Pall Mall in London. Only one passage in those terms deals with non member accounts, and it is a narrow one. It permits “internal technical accounts solely for the purposes of quality assurance, security testing, and feature optimization”, and the same sentence says these “do not represent actual users and are not intended for social interaction or promotional engagement”. Nothing else in the document claims a right to create or run profiles, and no clause anywhere describes an account as fictitious or virtual.
The renewal price gets two answers as well. Section 4(C) and the introduction both renew a membership “at the same rate that you signed up for”. Section 8(A) of the same terms renews it “at the then current non-promotional subscription rate”. SpicyDesires terms of use
So does the renewal length. Section 8(A) extends a subscription for “the same duration as the subscription term originally selected”, while the billing policy turns a 3 day trial into a monthly plan.
Refunds are set out differently in each document. The billing policy sets a flat rule and credits it to the terms: “No refund will be made once the subscription is in use, as per our Terms of Use”. The terms it cites say otherwise, refusing refunds “unless there are extenuating circumstances that we feel warrant a refund” and deciding case by case, and giving UK and EU residents 14 days to cancel with “a pro-rated refund based on your usage of the Service”. Anyone refunded may then be added “to the negative databases of our associated authorized billing agents”.
One more thing in the same file: section 5 is printed twice over, and its two versions of 5(E) disagree, one saying the site actively monitors and moderates what members submit, the other reserving a right to monitor with no obligation to.

Is SpicyDesires legit?
There is a named company behind it, and there is a second name in the paperwork. Every page footer credits copyright to VIZANTIO WEB LTD, and the anti slavery policy repeats that name four times in its text. Companies House carries a matching entry: number 13589797, a private limited company in England and Wales, incorporated 27 August 2021, currently active, registered office at 123 Pall Mall in London.
The terms of use point somewhere else entirely. Section 1 states the website is operated by spicydesires.com registered at spicydesires.com, and where a postal address for cancellations should appear, the document prints the domain name again. Nothing in the site’s documents links that contracting party to the company in the footer, and nothing explains the gap.
Worth knowing alongside it: the domain itself dates to August 2013, eight years ahead of the company, so its age is no guide to who is running things now.
What is SpicyDesires?
Registration is free, everything past that is bought by the month, and the legal pages sit on the same platform a number of other dating brands use. Its own title tag pitches the site as “The Top Rated Single Dating Service”. Section 2 of the terms sets out something broader than dating: a social networking website for adults built as a forum for meeting people, for discussions of a sexual nature, and for sharing photos and media.
Nothing here is metered. No coin, token or credit appears in any published document, so there is no per message or per photo charge to work out, only the trial and then 1, 3 or 6 months.
What can you do on SpicyDesires without paying?
Look, mostly. A Guest and a Free Member both pay nothing, and the terms describe what that buys as limited access to the features and areas of the service, with the rest behind a subscription package.
The limit runs in both directions. On the site’s own account, a member who has not subscribed cannot be contacted through the site by anyone, paying or otherwise. So a free profile can be built and can be seen, and nobody on either side of the paywall can start a conversation with it.
How long does the SpicyDesires trial last?
It depends partly on your bank. The terms advertise 1 day, 3 day and 1 week trials, and the billing policy then says the trial period may run anywhere from three to seven days depending on your bank’s own billing policy and the payment method you used. Neither document lets you fix the date at the moment you sign up.
What follows the trial has two answers too. The billing policy says a 3 day subscription converts by itself into the monthly membership plan and is charged monthly from then on. The terms say a subscription extends for successive periods of the same length as the one originally chosen. Anyone counting forward from a trial should read both before assuming which applies.
The commitment starts at purchase rather than at the end of the trial. The terms state in capitals that the minimum duration of the contract is the initial period selected and that it renews automatically until cancelled, and they name the trial period as covered by that.
How do you cancel SpicyDesires?
Inside the account, go to “My Settings” and follow the link marked Remove Account. That route ends the membership and the subscription together, free or paid, so there is no separate errand for the billing.
Section 8(B) of the terms adds two routes that work without logging in. One is the telephone, on +44 3444824945. The other is email to support@spicydesires.com, which has to include your screenname and the address the account was opened with, so they can match the request to the member. Purchases made through Apple’s iTunes are handled in the iTunes account rather than here.
Timing is defined loosely. All the documents require is that it happens before the paid period expires, and no document sets a notice window in hours. One clause is worth reading before handing the job to anybody else: the terms state that a cancellation started by any other party or entity is not a valid cancellation and that billing continues.
Does SpicyDesires give refunds?
The two documents answer differently, which is worth knowing before either of them is quoted at you. The billing policy sets a flat rule, that no refund is made once a subscription is in use, and attributes that rule to the terms of use.
The terms do not contain it. They refuse refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances the site feels warrant one, give a website fault as an example, decide each case individually, and rule out dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse as grounds. Separately, they give anyone resident in the UK or EU 14 days from confirmation of a subscription to cancel the agreement and receive a refund pro rated against usage.
Three further conditions apply wherever you are. A dispute has to be raised within three months of the transaction, only the most recent payment is returned where the billing was recurring, and the terms reserve the right to add anyone who receives a refund to the negative databases of their billing agents and associated fraud prevention agents. Purchases made through iTunes are excluded from refunds altogether.
