It is a whitelabel skin. The signup form, the footer legal pages, the URL structure of those pages and the billing policy wording are all shared with other brands on the same platform. We looked at two of them separately: FlirtySpace and UpForIt. Put the three homepages side by side and only the logo, the colour scheme and the photograph change.
The difference is disclosure. FlirtySpace names Porticato Media Ltd in its footer, and UpForIt names Izeo Dating Ltd, both traceable in public company registers. VittuBuddie names nobody. Its footer carries only the brand name and a copyright year.
So you have a site that reserves the right to size a charge to your card balance, and no company named to take that up with. Those two facts belong together.
