xMatch Review – by an Actual User

I’m not a professional reviewer nor am I a professional writer. I simply decided to write this Xmatch review and send it in, in order to prevent anyone else from joining this site and throwing 30$ away for nothing.
Here’s my experience with xmatch.
At first glance, everything appeared normal, like any other hookup site. I was excited to see that there were a LOT of women nearby based on my zip code (maybe too many compared to the population here) and decided to pay for the full membership monthly plan which costs thirty dollars if you pay on a “per month” basis. Luckily, I didn’t sign up for the yearly plan.
I used the site for an entire month. I set up a kickass dating profile, sent out countless messages to almost every one of the women close by. I received replies from a grand total of 3 women. Neither of which was actually interested in meeting up with anyone (really don’t see why they even bother signing up if this is the case). On top of that, they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned something only the locals here knew about. This instantly turned me into a skeptic. Even the ones that did reply, weren’t actually locals. Sad.
I’ve been using the internet to meet women for years and know all about fake profiles, catfishing, scams, spam etc. You see these types of accounts on almost every site but on xmatch, it seemed like every profile had one thing in common. It was bogus. I got really frustrated, emailed support and was told to carefully read the TOS and that all my questions would be answered. Needless to say, I canceled my membership, luckily, before being re-billed.
I was told when reviewing a dating or hookup site, to also discuss the interface and usability of the site. My apologies for thinking that it’s a complete waste of time to even bother with any of that when there is absolutely no way actual women are signing up to xmatch.com. The only thing, in my opinion, that’s worth reviewing, is the member base. It can be the best build site or app, if there’s no way of hooking up, it’s pointless. So I’ll just go ahead and skip that part of my review!
In conclusion, don’t sign up to xmatch. You won’t meet anyone. Period.
